Miles of Smiles Orthodontics, Hemet

I am a woman in my 50's and I certainly did not think I would need braces at this age! But in 2020 my TMJ problems became worse and I decided to try Invisalign. I chose to start my journey at Miles of Smiles in Hemet. I really like this office, they are very kind, polite and have a few different doctors available to see you. I recently started to see by Dr. Ray. He is new to the office and my choice for the rest of my journey. I find him knowledgeable and patient with me and all my questions! He is a good fit for me and I recommend him for your orthodontic journey.

Love this place. They treat you like family the moment you want in. Any questions and concerns will be answered appropriately. Everyone in the office always has a smile and a great attitude. On my visit today, Carlie was very thorough on what the next few appointments and treatment will be. Informing me that the next appointment will be longer then normal. I will be taking my other children here when their time for braces presents itself.

I just want to say that I hate going to the dentist/ortho because I have had bad experiences . My anxiety is so bad when it comes to treatment especially pushing it off because of those bad experiences . I’m really glad that I got referred by my old dentist Kirk before he moved. Dr. Jergensen and his team are super nice and helpful . Katie helped me with my rewards points while I got my braces tightened . The whole staff is amazing and welcoming . I would have never said that going to the orthodontist would be the same experience as getting my nails and hair done. The staff is very friendly, and makes my experience very relaxing. I’m never anxious and I’m not traumatized anymore because they actually know what they are doing and that’s what I want. I trust them with my teeth and I never have any concerns with them lol hemet has been blessed with this amazing team! Thank you so much , I’m no longer scared. I am so impressed that I have even referred my coworkers.

I'm so happy I found this place... My little brother was in need of braces and I had no idea where to start. They brought him in for a free consultation and let me know what they could do to help, and different options in terms of pricing. We had a few other consultations done around town and Miles of Smiles was able to do more work, at a cheaper price. I was hesitant at first because I've never been to an Orthodontist, but they made us feel like family from the moment we got there. The staff is extremely friendly and that makes it a very comfortable environment to be in. They even call me by name and I'm not even the patient.. If you're having doubts about where to go for your Ortho needs, give them a chance and you won't be disappointed!

My younger brother has been seeing Dr. Jergensen and his staff to fix some serious crowding and help straighten his teeth. While I haven't been to any other orthodontists in the past, Miles of Smiles sets the bar high with the level of care and attention they give to their patients. Dr. Jergensen even pointed out that my brothers difficulty breathing out of 1 of his nostrils was due to his dental situation, and was able to fix that problem within 6 months of treatment. The office is clean, staff is friendly, and they're always decorated for the holidays. In the waiting room, there's plenty of seating, hand sanitizer, free chapstick, a giant fish tank, tv for kids, as well as massage chairs that you won't have time to try out because they call your name so fast. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Miles of Smiles to anyone who needs an orthodontist!

I absolutely recommend this orthodontist, one of the best I have ever gone to don’t think I’ll ever change it. The lovely Mrs. Sally and Doctor Jergensen were wonderful and were above and beyond nice. They helped me understand why my teeth the way they were and they even recommended things things to help fix it. Thank you so much for helping me understand and I can not wait for my next appointment!!

The Miles of Smiles office in Hemet is Awesome!!! I am going through the Invisalign treatment and it’s been a wonderful experience. The Dentist is very kind and knowledgeable and the assistants like Shelby are very sweet and helpful. I can’t explain how happy I am with the service provided. The whole Miles of Smiles team is very friendly halley and Katie at the front desk were very welcoming,we met with our nurse Jessica she was very friendly gave direction on what to do very well, Sally was very nice she explain the financial excellently, and Dr.Woddovy ( I apologize if I spelled any names wrong ) was very friendly and social. They are all amazing.

Went in yesterday to get my son into braces. Dr.Jorgensen came in super positive and excited to help get my sons teeth straight. Sally went over all the information we needed to know for payment and procedures. With a smile on her face the whole time. Katie in the front was super helpful with payment and appointments. The whole staff was amazing super excited to start our teeth journey with them!

Very happy with my experience at miles of smiles located in Hemet Ca. Dr. Jergensen was efficient, thorough and respectful of my needs and desires. All staff members were polite, respectful and informative. Sally/ Katie/ Alexia/ Paulina were attentive from the moment i walked in the doors for an evaluation to the moment i called and asked if we can get started same day. Im looking forward to showcasing my new smile in less than 24 months. I am an avid runner so i look forward to smiling for miles.
