My first time here,and was great!!! Front desk girls are amazing, friendly,kind and helpful. Everyone,the assistant and everyone that helped me were great!!! I saw Dr. Lipman and he was so kind,respectful, knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and concerns, absolutely great!!! Thanks to everyone, so glad I chose this office!!! 10+ stars!!!

One of the worst dentists I have ever been to. The staff is always rude & negative when I try calling for appointments or when I go in for appointments. It seems like they will just hire anyone because they desperately need staff because it's always someone new and they can never seem to get their quotes and prices correct over the phone until you go in and they say it's completely different price. The list goes on and on about how many issues I've had with this specific location. They said they got into new management as well recently and I wonder why??? But it seems to me they still have the same quality of staff and services. Not good and not worth your money. You will not feel welcomed here and you won't feel like your being taken care of the way you should. It feel like no one wants to deal with you so they just keep you on hold for 20+ mins or when inside the office they will always glare at you and make you feel unwanted. I've made several complaints to the old and the new management yet I still haven't seen change. And they wonder why I'm switching to a new dentist even after all the trouble they have caused me. They are a sorry excuse for a dentist. I will never recommend this place and will never be coming back to this poor establishment. And I hope no one else does. The only good person that works here is there lovely hygienist. Keep her safe but everyone else has given the worst experience. Even right now I've been on hold for almost 15+ mins waiting to speak with a manager.

I've been on hold for 25+ mins waiting for a manager but at this point I know they aren't going to answer. They do this all the time. When there is someone they don't want to deal with and a problem they don't want to address or fix they will leave you on hold until you hang up or until they hang up. While typing this I was on hold until they just hung up on me for no reason. The amount of disrespect this establishment gives out is outrageous. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT DOES NOT AND WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH. All they do is hire a bunch of random people in need of a job with no experience. Everyone I've delt with on the phone has been rude & way inexperienced and never seem they like know what they are doing. The amount of times I've reported numerous problems the old management and new management never seem to have their issues fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!

Prices are pretty high and I can’t guarantee that all of the work they recommended was really necessary. The first nurse that I had also did not seem like she knew what she was doing, and I had to come back to next day for her work to be corrected. The second nurse was great - quick and effective. The dental hygienist here is also very kind.

This place is money hungry & DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR HEALTH!!! They have lied to me multiple times about pricing trying to get me to switch from different dentists. Until I go in person and the price is way higher than quoted. The staff has been and will always be rude to you! I will never step foot in this establishment again. The amount of problems they have created for me is absurd. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Despite there being new management it seems as if the didn't change a single issue. Seems like they'll just hire anyone because they really need employees but this is outrageous the amount of rude and disrespectful staff members you choose to represent you and your company. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DENTIST THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS!!!!!

Dr Azzam’s communication about process/procedures is thorough and she is genuinely concerned about me as a patient.Very friendly staff. No long wait times to schedule or when arriving at the office.

They were great, informative and fast acting… Today was a shock but I am excited to be working with a collaborative team that seems to genuinely care. Not only that, they are very efficient with very little waiting required!***I have sadly been forced to edit this review in hopes it helps someone else. This dentist has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in specialty care because they do not know how to properly diagnose and care for periodontal disease. I have struggled with Gingivitis and periodontal disease since I was 17 years old. I thought coming to this dentist and getting a "good review" back was a positive thing. Turns out they were ignoring a major issue. My last appointment with this facility - the dentist told me my two front teeth were loose, and that I should go see an orthodontist for a wire to be placed between the two teeth. Thank god they referred me to a good ortho, as they said they would highly advise I see a specialist first, then come and see them. I would have lost my front teeth without the orthodontist referral.I am frustrated because I am also calling for x-rays but there is no sense of urgency or even care regardless of the fact I have tried to call in advance...If you have basic oral care and just need a cleaning or something this place is for you. If you have struggled AT ALL with your teeth over time, DO NOT GO HERE.***Also don't get me started on the insurance fraud they participate in for both my mother and I. BEWARE.

Appears to be more concerned with new patients getting in and not with current patients. Waited 45 minutes after my appt time with no news of being checked in. Watched someone come in after me and get in before. This is a main reason people struggle with getting their teeth checked up on, not only the obscene price, but the struggle trying to find a dentist that actually cares.

GET A SECOND OPINION! My son and I went to this office and they proceeded to tell us he needed a deep cleaning and had periodontal disease. Then quoted us $1,200 for deep cleaning. I was immediately alarmed at the price and declined. Went to another dentist and he said, no way. All you need is a regular cleaning. Beware! They will take your money for things you absolutely don't need.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this dental office. I was recently informed that my left molar would need to be extracted and a dental implant inserted into the missing tooth (and a crown on top of that). I asked, "WHY WAS I NEVER REFERRED TO AN ENDODONTIST FOR A ROOT CANAL TO SAVE THAT TOOTH?? (with my previous visits for a teeth cleaning). Dr. Ruiz kept avoiding that question to tell me repeatedly what I NOW needed to do. He also told me that I needed to purchase a $500 "ramp" to replace my night guard. I was so distraught that I left their office immediately. I sought out another dentist for a second opinion. I also called my dental insurance company and found out that the dental hygenist had claimed benefits for a periodontal maintenance cleaning complete with flossing and polishing which was never done! The office manager did reverse those charges (which kept my benefits intact). After seeking out a new dentist, I found Modern Dental Care in Silverado Ranch. They did confirm that my molar was a lost cause. They also told me that I did not need to buy an expensive ramp as my night guard was all I needed. After such a bad experience with Radiant Smiles, I will never step foot in that office again!
