HIGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!! We had our first appointment and from day one, of just calling and making an appointment, everyone has been so helped and KIND!!! And in this day in age kindness goes a long way! They were so helpful with insurance, walking me through the process and made my daughter feel so comfortable! On a 1-10 scale they would get 100!!! They are off the charts!!! Dr. Flint eased any worries I had over my daughter’s teeth, and gave us a plan going forward on what the next few years will look like. We are new to the state and have a child that has braces from a previous orthodontist. The staff at Flint Orthodontics treated us like we had been coming here for years on our first visit. The appointment from start to finish was quick considering it was a new patient so they did X-rays, a dr consult, financial consult, changed bands, and wires. They made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We are looking forward to working with Flint Ortho the next 2 years!!!

We first met Dr Flint when my son’s retainer broke. We had finished our time with Dr Hutto and were happy. As soon as we went in to have the retainer fixed we were met with friendly and competent staff. Not only did Dr Flint repair my son’s retainer he offered to straighten a tooth that shifted. I declined at the time. Once the virus hit and we had so much time off I asked if the offer still stands. They honored it. My son went in today and had the bracket removed and not only are his teeth straight but Dr Flint smoothed out a chip on my son’s front tooth! His smile has never looked better. Dr Flint and staff went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Flint and his staff are outstanding! I highly recommend them to anyone for their orthodontic needs. I’ve had my retainer off for years, but I came back to get replacements 8 years after having my braces removed. I received 2 sets for both my top and bottom retainer, along with a mold that I can bring in for a FREE replacement in the future if needed. That is unheard of! Amazing service!

The staff at Hutto Orthodontics is so professional and friendly. Although my kids were nervous about getting braces, Dr. Hutto and his staff made the process easy. We have been very pleased with the results we have had using Dr. Hutto. He is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. His staff has always been great to work with. We chose Dr. Hutto because he was doing the Invisalign Clear braces and we have been extremely pleased with them. We had to make our initial visit to Dr. Hutto's office in Henderson and then had our checkups at the Kilgore office. I was a little concerned at first because we were making the drive from Gilmer but because of the Invisalign technique, you don't have to make as many trips back and forth to his office, which meant not missing as much time from work and school. One of the best things about the Invisalign braces are that they are clear - almost invisible. Most people cannot even tell that my son is wearing braces. There are no wires to break, no food stuck in the braces, no metal scraping his gums, etc. He wears them day and night, during football practices and games, etc. He has been extremely happy with wearing these clear braces and has had no issues with them whatsoever. I would recommend the Invisalign braces to everyone and also Dr. Hutto and his fine staff. They will take the best care of you to make sure your experience with them is a great one that will leave you with a fantastic smile!

After hearing about him on the radio, I called and scheduled an appointment. They made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Especially considering I never have had braces before, I did not know what to expect. They always recognize me by name when I go into the office for my appointments. Great service! From the moment we walked in the door of Dr Hutto's office, we felt welcomed-from the receptionist, to the billing department, to the dental techs and, of course, Dr Hutto himself. Each visit we were kept informed of our son's progress. Dr Hutto's team made us aware on each appointment how well (and sometimes not-so-well) our son was maintaining his own personal dental hygiene. We believe this consistency is what got us to where we are today. Our son has an amazing smile and an increase in self confidence - something he will have for the rest of his life.
