After being told on the phone and by text that my visit would be 100% covered by my insurance they tried to stick me with a $220 bill and a $50 copay. I was very clear that I could not have the appointment without the breakdown of what the insurance would pay. I asked them to verify the insurance coverage before I can confirm the appointment. They waited until I was there to verify. The staff is polite, but they need to get a handle on their insurance process.

Had an appointment with Henderson Smile and I can say they are by far the best oral care facility I’ve ever been too !! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional I didn’t have to wait long and all my information was already transferred over . While in the patient room I was greeted by Jenny she was very friendly and very much informative and made me feel very confident in the procedure I was getting done . I will be recommending all my friends and family to come see Henderson smiles !!
