Excellent experience from the moment you walk in. I arrived a minute before my scheduled appointment and there was no wait. Dr Schuck and his entire staff were fantastic.. The service itself was clean, quick, and most importantly painless. I will definitely return here and recommend to everybody.Thank you once again

Dr. Schuck is the best! He’s very accommodating with appointments especially when it’s an emergency! He repaired a lost crown for me quickly with a temp, and fitted me for a new permanent crown with ease. It was replaced within two weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

As someone that’s been going to Dr. Schuck for all my dental work for years, I’ve had cleanings, fillings, root canals, and a wisdom teeth extraction done by him. Every single time, Dr Schuck and the team’s work has been superb, and the experience was as painless as can be. Everyone is very friendly too. I currently live out of state for school but still go back home for dental work because if I go to Dr. Schuck, I know exactly what kind of results I’ll get. I highly recommend him.

Just left the office and had another great experience here. After having cavities filled and a root canal, my mouth is in top top shape once again! No cavities this time!Dr. Schuck is a caring and gentle dentist. He is great with my kids of varied ages and also myself. I recommend him for all your dental needs.

I had a really bad experience at this dental office. The front desk is disrespectful and highly unpleasant. And the owner is not keen to put their patients first and discipline the front desk.I was yelled at and mocked by the two receptionists - Karen and Jenny. One of them made a face at me which I found shocking and appalling. No patient, and certainly not one who has been a loyal customer for multiple years deserves such an attitude.If you’re looking to be treated with respect, then certainly this is not the place for you.

I have been going to Great Smiles of Hicksville for the past few years and can say overall it has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had from a dental care provider! Dr. Schuck is very honest and patient in his explanations and meticulous with his care. Scheduling appointments with Rachel is always quick, easy, and accommodating. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of this practice are reasons why I highly recommend going here for your dental care needs.

Dr. Schuck is a wonderful dentist. He is kind and gentle and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is also wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I recently had really bad tooth pain and the office was able to get me in the same day. After the procedure I had some very bad pain. I contacted Dr. Schuck's emergency after-hours number and he contacted me right away and send in medicine for my pain to the pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Schuck for all your general dental needs.

Dr Schuck and staff are the best!! I've started with them a few months ago when I had extreme tooth pain over a weekend. they got me in right away and took care of the issue then and there. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist which is why I haven't been to one in a very long time but dr shuck and staff were able to put me at ease, make me feel comfortable, and keep me calm. Dr Schuck is extremely considerate about your insurance and not having to do anything thats not necessary to avoid out of pocket expenses. Rachel is the best! she always goes above and beyond to help explain to me any billing or insurance issue. I have all the confidence in this office and will continue care here :)

A while ago somebody on Nextdoor mentioned that their dentist was retiring - so was mine. Dr. Schuck was mentioned. Since he belonged to the same associations as my retiring dentist I figured I would give it a try. Well I am so glad that I did. He and his associate Dr. Raza (who does implants) are fantastic. Unfortunately, I had a few emergencies. It was always come right in. Both Drs. and the entire staff are wonderful.

Dr. Shuck is a very skilled, honest, and helpful dentist. He spends time with you and goes over what he recommends (if needed) without being pushy or overwhelming. I have sent two family members to him with positive outcomes. Clean and pretty office and a very friendly staff. I have been going to him for about 6 years now. Very happy.
