I’ve always had the best experiences for my ortho appointments. The staff communicates very well and have the best bedside manner. They always ask if I’m ok or if I need anything during treatment.After finishing my treatment I can say that I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them for all of my friends and family!

Not a pleasant experience today. This is our family’s third ortho treatment over 5 years and we’re pretty happy, but some of the assistants are getting pretty bold and shutting my concerns down with smart type remarks. Pretty much making fun of my questions and suggesting getting veneers to get a perfect smile. The doctors are great, but today didn’t go well. They should take concerns seriously and not brush them off.

We started with Gronberg almost 3 years ago and my daughter just got her braces off yesterday. We looked at some before/after pictures and the results were amazingly good. Getting braces is a long process which we knew nothing about. Not only did they deliver awesome results, they made the process easy for us to navigate, kept us informed every step of the way, and were pleasant and helpful to work with. We are really glad we chose them.

I called them asked if they were accepting my insurance provider and the lady who answered said yes at first. I called again just after a few minutes later to give her the details to make an appointment and the same lady told they dont accept my provider even without listening and caring what I am saying. She did not ask any question to learn more about my situation. It was a terrible experience.

I got my smile back thanks to Gronberg Orthodontics!! Having braces as an adult was no picnic, but it was SO worth it. I was impressed during my initial consultation and by the number of on-site services they offered (they made my retainer the same day my braces were taken off). My treatment plan was estimated to last 18 months, but I was done in 14 months. The staff and doctors are friendly, helpful and seem as if they are one big family. I love supporting local businesses and highly recommend this one!

Dr. Gronberg and her team...The. Best. Ever!Both of my children have gotten braces there, and her team is committed to their success no matter what unforeseen movement issues they encountered (teeth aren’t moving quick enough, Invisalign tray adjustments, etc.) The pricing includes everything which I loved! I would HIGHLY recommend their office, and the staff was amazing! They treat you as family, in and out of the office!❤️

Dr. Gronberg and Melissa made our first visit very easy and explained all the details. They were aligned with what our pediatric dentist had noted and shared similar views of the treatment plans. Melissa was very patient with my kids, and I appreciate that as a mom of 4 (3 were in the office). While the office seemed fairly busy, the office staff was efficient and minimized wait times. There was an area for the kids to play in the waiting area as well. Looking forward to our continued visits.Update- Our visits are always efficient, in and out getting exactly what we need without a lot of waiting. My son's treatment has gone well and we are happy with the results.

We chose Gronberg Orthodontics after asking our neighbor, numerous friends and reading the reviews. We have not been disappointed. Everyone is so nice and very professional. You truly feel cared about. I did not have the best orthodontist when I got my braces decades ago, so it was very important to me that I find the best orthodontists for my children. My son will be getting his braces next week. We waited until all of his baby teeth had fallen out and the permanent ones grew in. Our treatment plan is 18 to 20 months, which works for our busy family.
