This place is wonderful. I go out of my way to take my two boys here for a palette expansion and braces. Top notch service and results. Not only that, they are incredibly efficient. If you are there on time, you will get in at the time, and you’ll get out shortly thereafter! I really couldn’t be happier, and for once, the people who work at the front desk make me feel welcome. Carrie (the head orthodontist and owner) knows not only all things ortho-related, but how to run a successful business! This place should be the blueprint for every other service based clinic out there.

We love CHT and Dr. Carrie and all of her staff. I went through treatment as an adult with Dr Carrie and got my braces off right before my 40th! Since then, we have had one son on a treatment plan since 2nd grade, as he had many Ortho needs. She has completely transformed his bite, jaw and teeth and is back for part 2 of treatment plan. Another son is getting his braces off next month and has done great! We cannot recommend CHT enough!

CHT team is a great professional team who are kind and welcoming . They listen to all issues with patience and try to help you immediately with any discomfort you may have to ensure teeth are healthy . They explain the plan in detail and also help with easy payment options to avoid strain to your pocket . Dr. Carrie does not need a review because she is very well known for the amazing work she does and running the busiest and most efficient orthodontic practice in the western suburbs. I’m writing this review for her competent, hardworking, pleasant and respectful staff. During my one year of treatment I have met Kasia, Nadia, Crystal and Jan. They all do outstanding work. Jan has been looking after me for the last several months and if it was not for Jan I might have quit my treatment. She is so caring and goes into every detail during my appointments. She makes sure before I leave all my questions are answered and I feel totally comfortable. Jan is very patient and kind towards her patients. Dr. Carrie has seen all three of my kids. My oldest will finish treatment within the next year just as the second and third start their treatments. Dr. Carrie is patient and kind and takes time to explain things to both the parent and the child in a way that everyone understands. I have told my kids over and over again that she is one of the smartest people we know and how lucky we are to have her in our community. There is no one we would rather see for all of our orthodontic needs!

Outstanding new patient experience.The office is bright, clean and spacious. I was greeted by Marissa. She took care of the preliminary scans and photos and she was very professional and informative, as well as friendly. Marissa is definitely an asset to the practice. Absolutely enjoyed my consult earlier this week for Invisalign! The staff was lovely and every option was described thoughtfully, professionally and thoroughly. As an almost 47-year-old, I’ve hesitated getting braces, but together we found a way to straighten my teeth without anyone knowing I’m having work done at all. From walk-in to decision, I was out in less than an hour with the confidence that I made the right decision with the right business. I look forward to my first official appointment!

I can’t say enough about this office. We’ve used CHT for four of our family members and have always had a great experience.
