Please look no further. People don’t read a lot so the first sentence sums it up. Courteous, detailed, and very professional! Everyone from front desk personnel to the dentist is very pleasant! Close your eyes during the needle and by the time you open them up the procedure is done, to be fair I only had one taken out but the after pain is worse than the procedure! Excellent Job all around, again, look no further!

Had a really great experience here!!The original doctor I met a few years back was friendly and very professional. I finally booked the appointment for the removal of my wisdom teeth and she was unavailable so I saw another doctor who was also amazing!They took the time to reach out to my dentist, talked me through my X-ray so I could understand all the options and possible outcomes, and then showed me the cost breakdown. We decided to remove all my wisdom teeth and the whole staff who prepped and helped were fantastic. The doctor spoke to me throughout the procedure so I always knew what was happening and felt at ease.He followed up the next day by phone to check on me too!Everyone I met was lovely, kind, and very helpful. Would highly recommend going to this office if you need something done.

So my experience was odd overall and am giving 3 stars due to when I first arrived and one of the front desk reps assisted me and my wait was short. Please note, I was here for a referral from my general dentist so it’s not my regular office and my only time going.I was here for a growth on the side of my tongue and to see what steps can be taken. The dentist took a picture with his cell phone of a growth on the side of my tongue (not sure if that’s regular procedure). However, the 3 stars is also because the dentist referred me to the Rutgers School of Dentistry to get treated with the student program. I found this odd. Also, while I was sitting in the chair, I recieved a bill and a receipt for a payment with my name on it but was told it wasn’t under my name just processed as a payment with my name. I found this odd as well.So I’ll seek out another oral surgeon office for my biopsy.

Late review but I visited in March 2023 for a wisdom tooth removal. Let me just say the process was incredibly smooth! Took me in on time for my appointment, x-rays and staff were very friendly and helpful! The procedure was surprisingly painless and quick!! I had to ask Dr Wang to see the tooth because I couldn't believe it was over as quick as it was! Let's just say I spent more time signing papers and paying for service than the actual procedure! In and out within 45 minutes and healed nicely by the weekend (Thursday visit).. already recommended this place to others and speak highly of it whenever someone needs work done A++++

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction in February of 2021. At the time the appointment was scheduled it was mid-pandemic, as such my insurance information was collected over the phone. On the day of my service, I was given an invoice reflecting how much the insurance would pay and my responsibility out of pocket of $1350 which was paid in full. Almost one year later I receive an email about them not ever billing my insurance for service rendered and now would like to send the account to collections. Today, 01/11/2022 I called the office and spoke to the rudest receptionist in history who refused to help or provide her name. She specifically stated " You will never get my name" and threatened to call the police if I call her back regarding the bill, to speak to the office manager or to get a copy of the itemized invoice. After several attempts to call with no answer, to be placed on hold or disconnected on I am forced to now file a lawsuit regarding the bill, the service, and the threats I have received from the un-named assistant. While the dentist was nice and I thought all went well, this experience turned out to be a nightmare! Avoid this place at all cost, possible insurance scam in progress by this office.Update Jan 2024: after speaking with the dentist directly after this review he agreed to remove the balance. This morning I received a collections notice for this balance. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction 3 years ago. Paid a $1300 co-pay and now I am being sent to collections. Run like hell from this place!!!

Dr. Calat is skilled, compassionate, and communicative, prioritizing patient comfort and explaining procedures clearly. This office maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and foster a positive experience for their patients. Minimal discomfort, and post-operative care guidance. A comfortable and well-managed environment contributes to an overall smooth and stress-free process. Thank you again to this amazing team!

Highly recommended!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Calat for my check-up and surgery and I must say it was a remarkably great experience.Dr. Calat took the time to explain every step of the process. The dental practice itself was a painless and positive experience.

We had to take my almost 2 year old for an urgent procedure to get a broken tooth removed after a bad fall. It was an extremely upsetting situation but Dr. Calat and the rest of the team were incredible. He put my wife and I at ease, got the procedure done safely and quickly, and communicated and assured us every step of the way. It was only when I saw my son bounce back I realized how uncomfortable he had been before the extraction. I couldn't have asked for a better Oral Surgeon and would recommend folks go to Dr. Calat for any treatment.

Office provided wrong insurance estimate which put a large majority of the procedure cost on me, the patient. Wouldn't have agreed to the procedure if I knew that it was going to cost this much. I will not come back nor will I recommend care due to the deceptive pricing practices and lack of accountability. The bill comes in months later, so there is nothing for you to do.

We went to Hoboken oral surgeons for our daughter’s surgery and they were amazing. They were very patient and addressed all our concerns and put us at ease with the procedure. The surgery itself went off smoothly and they followed up to ensure she was healing well. The surgeon herself called us over the weekend to check in. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
