Dr. Kapoor is the best of the best! She is topgun status. The entire facility from the vibrant energy to the clean atmosphere through the amazing staff is immaculate. They are all so kind and attentive to every little need. It was a blessing that I got referred to Dr.Kapoor. My baby came out with tongue-tie. He was never able to stick out his tongue like all babies like to do. We left the hospital when he was 2 days old and we noticed he was having issues feeding. At 4 days old we took him to Dr.Kapoor and the thought alone of surgery for my new little guy was really scary. Dr.Kapoor gave us so much comfort and general knowledge as a mother of her own. The surgery went super fast and my baby came out sticking hks tongue out! He was so happy! As a new dad, a piece of mind is all that I need to get through the day and Dr.Kapoor gives me that every time I visit her!

I like the people that work at this dentistry and the environment is great. Every time I go in, I have a good experience. On the flip side however, my experience on the phones have been terrible. 2 past examples: 1) I called multiple times asking if I could get a retainer and was told that I will receive a call back - no call back or follow up. 2) I called to schedule an appointment for toothache, was told that she can ONLY schedule a cleaning appointment for me and then go from there so I will receive a call back. Again... no call back and it shows that they do not prioritize patient needs but their own process. There is a clear disconnect between front desk service quality and the rest of the team. I'm switching dentists bye.

I have been afraid of the dentist for as long as i remember. I never have that fear when i come to Hoboken Smile Specialists- and im not just saying that.They are gentle, kind, answer all questions, and are totally understanding.Natalie is amazing, gentle, informative and kind with her cleaning.Stephanie provided me an encyclopedia of knowledge to really help enhance my life quality and seek out ways to be healthier.Denise was wonderful during intake and fun and has noticeable drive to learn and be a successful force in the dental industry.5/5!

I recently visited Doctor Christina Cheung for dental work, and I was thoroughly impressed with her level of care and expertise. The staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Doctor Cheung herself was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable - she took the time to explain the procedures she was performing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.The quality of the work she did was outstanding - my teeth feel very clean. I highly recommend Doctor Cheung. Her office is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and her staff is friendly and professional.She also recommended that I switch to electric brush and brush twice a day. Have been doing this for the last two weeks, and my teeth feel much cleaner now.

I'm so thrilled to have finally found a dental hygienist and dentist in Hoboken that I trust to take care of my teeth. I have had a very difficult time finding a clean space, with helpful office staff, and a satisfying painless cleaning. Jenny was amazing! I sort of shared my experiences with her and she went about and beyond to communicate and let me know my options throughout my cleaning. I need some continued work with a few fillings and look forward to working with the team at Smile to achieve my best dental health. SO so happy with my experience and grateful to have someone to work with moving forward.

Dr.Kapoor and her staff were nothing less than stellar. We had our 6 week old baby boy treated for a tongue and lip tie and appreciated the doctor's knowledge, patience, kindness and time spent. We felt like informed decision makers in a very low pressure, supportive environment. Since his frenectomy, our little guy is feeding better, and the changes in his body and temperament are such a relief to see. If you're worried about your little one, trust that you're in great hands in Dr.Kapoor and her lovely staff.

We were having issues with breastfeeding - my baby was not latching/continuously sucking after latching and a lactation expert recommended us to check his tongue and lip ties. Dr Kapoor was very gentle and knowledgeable. She did the evaluation and we did the procedure, very fast and efficient. We could see the improvements in the first couple of days. We definitely recommend her!

I love the team at Smile Specialists, the Doctors are professional, friendly knowledgeable and always want the best for their patients. The rest of the team are always accommodating and extremely helpful. The appointments are always timely. My daughter had several extractions due to stubborn baby teeth, she was a nervous patient and all went easily and smoothly. I cannot fault their level of service and care for their patients.

Dr Scott is incredible! I had both my kids with me (5yrs and 15mos) and he was so patient with both me and them. He was thorough without dragging on their cleanings longer than their respective attention spans could manage. We left without tears and fears - two happy clean smiling faces! This was our first time with Dr. Scott, and all I can say is do whatever you can to keep him here! :)
