You want a review? Great I'll give you one and it's not too pretty Yeah so lots of ppl have given you reviews that knock it out of the park. But I must tell the absolute truth about my horrible experience. Not so much with Dr. Erwin who is a fine person and an extremely knowledgeable dentist. But if he had a clue of how inept, remiss and non- compassionate staff is I think he would rethink this review for what it's worth. First off I had a very bad experience with a Gina, receptionist last year when due to really icy, cold, snowy and blustery weather had to cancel and reschedule my appointment and they were going to be closed to boot Well that was second time and she was so downright nasty and made a point to belittle me for cancelling Well right then and there i vowed to never go back. I had seen Dr. Barnett prior to that. Now let's fast forward to the present. Changed my insurance in 2024 and saw that they were a provider as ND covered basic dental work. Made an appointment. When I got there a woman named Julie consulted with me and took as couple of x-rays. Called over Dr. Erwin who I felt was a kind caring very skilled dentist. He explained to me that I needed to have 1 if not 2 extractions and then he would do a bridge. Anyway this Julie referred me to an oral surgeon who was not on my insurance and would've cost me my eye teeth me my eye teeth (no pun intended) and I told her I would, while thinking about it would do a deep cleaning. She then said she would call me back to schedule appt. Never did,! I called her 2x thereafter never did she call me back. Now I am in pain with the front tooth that has decay and needed to be extracted. I do hope that anyone reading this account would get an idea of what and who they are and they are a money making machine albeit they may be good at what he does

I had a cleaning with Melissa with a dental exam, and I can honestly say it was the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr Erwin was very thorough and asked me questions no other dentist had ever bothered to ask. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was light and upbeat. Everyone had a smile on their face. You will not find a better dental office in Hot Springs!!

I did a lot of research before coming to Smile Hot Springs as a patient. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. Doctor Erwin is very kind, empathetic, and his work is flawless. He is an excellent dentist and in a short amount of time has already resolved some issues that have been causing me a great deal of pain. Just this past weekend I had an emergency and they were more than happy to help me on a Sunday morning. The office is first class from check in to check out. Melissa, the office manager is sweet as sugar. I'm thankful I made the change to Smile Hot Springs. 🙌

Recently had a bridge put in and Dr. Lovelace made it painless and did an amazing job. Adriane also took care of me for a deep cleaning and she was the best! I’ve had a lifelong phobia of the dentist and always dreaded going but my experience at Smile was awesome and going forward trips to the dentist will no longer fill me with anxiety!

I'm EXTREMLY terrified of dentists and today I went to my first appointment and they were all super nice and made me feel at home! I went from anxiety tears to a smile at the end. Can't wait to get the money to get my teeth fixed. Hoping to go back soon! Especially the front lady Gena! Even came back to check on me! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable!!!! I definitely recommend this place if you are scared of the dentist!

I had my consultation visit today and I feel amazing! From walking in to going out everyone I met were so nice and attentive! They made sure I was comfortable in the most uncomfortable times(x-rays,pics,etc).They gave me straight forward info on my needs to getting my teeth looking better and I didn't feel embarrassed about it at all! I had my teeth cleaned before I left and I can't stop looking at how clean they really are! All I can say is thank you! I am so glad I found this place! I look forward to my future visits!

I had 80% of the fee for a root canal and crown, but they wouldn't let me pay the remainder 20% - even though it would have only taken a few months to pay it. Instead, I had to have the tooth pulled, which was traumatic - because they didn't schedule properly for the appointment, and they were in a hurry to go to lunch. They knew in advance what I was coming in for... and I even asked if the appointment would conflict with lunchtime, so this isn't my error. I did not feel this was a caring, warm facility from the front desk to the dentist. One star is generous. Thank you for your reply; I appreciate it. (One thing: a follow-up call to see how I was after the extraction would have helped.)

My kids went in today with a lot of anxiousness. As soon as we got there from the front desk to the back and back to the front everyone was so nice and calming. My son with autism even had a great experience. Now my husband and I are switching dentist and made appointments with them. My daughter needs cavities fixed and they gave me the amount I will need when we come in for that. So I thought that was awesome. And the price was so reasonable. They were so caring and wonderful. Everyone should try them at least once. I mean this is coming from a woman who hates the whole dental process. I would rather go to a OB doctor than the dentist usually. 🤣

I visited this office for the first time today. From the front office staff, to the end of my apt with a referral needed, I was blown away by their kindness. My personal dental hygienist, Ersela, “like the sea creature with an E” was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable and basically went above and beyond the whole time I was there. Dr. Erwin was very professional and explained all my options to me in detail. I highly recommend this dental office. Excellent service!Lindsay W.

They explained every step throughout the process and assisted me in selecting the best shape and color. My smile is beautiful and looks very NATURAL. The pricing was very competitive and worth every penny!Melissa has been my dental hygienist for years and is always thorough but gentle with my teeth and gums.
