Bayou City Smiles

Bayou City Smiles is awesome. Beat experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! My hygienist, Tu, was so knowledgeable about dental health and performed a very comprehensive dental exam, including multiple x-rays and photos of each tooth and exam of my mouth to check for any signs of oral cancers. Dr. Corral was so nice and made me feel at ease. I had to go back a few days later and the dental assistant helping Dr. Corral was LaBrice. He was so kind and worked so efficiently and quickly with her! Everyone at BCS is passionate about what they do and it shows! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years and they made me feel so comfortable - they’re all about the patient experience! Definitely making this my dentist going forward!!

Bayou City Smiles was great. I took my father, who is quite elderly there. They were so kind and patient with him. Everyone, from the front office staff to the dental hygienist to the dentist took their time to make sure he was comfortable and understood what they were doing. They were very thorough, and super friendly throughout the appointment.

Dr. Guzman and his team are what I would describe as "clinical" in every sense of the word. The front desk is sharp and responsive for booking between their multiple locations and for handling billing and outgoing questions. While Dr. Guzman and his dental team perform the same procedures as any other dental office, they have better practices for comfort, relaxation and polishing touches. I never felt as though the dentist was rushed, though my appointment required more time and attention than anticipated. Dr Guzman actively answered questions, and if appropriate, may follow up with a phone call to see how things progressed. Very impressive to see such involvement from someone with a specialized background. They have good attention to details and seem all around very capable and competent.

Remarcable hygiene and service, got a deep cleaning and it went really smoothly.On top of that, the front desk service was super nice, specially Hector that was dominating both Spanish and English perfectly!

Absolutely love this place. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Mayra and Hector have the best customer service up front and explain everything in detail and make checking in for appointments smooth. Ebony, they hygienist who helped me calmed my nervous and made my time there, the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The doctor of course was very professional and answered all concerns I had.I’m so glad I found my new dental place!

In all my life, I have never experienced a dental office quite like this one. I was the child that was strapped down for even the simplest exams, so I've never been great with dental work. I've been to countless dentists before, but this one has risen to my number 1 spot. The front staff, Myra, Pat, Hector, and Adriana, were exceptionally professional, helped me get checked in very quickly, and also very transparent with my payment situation. By far the most kind front support I've seen.Debra, the dental assistant, was extremely kind, warm, and professional. She explained all procedures and was very friendly which helped alleviate my anxieties.Dr Robert Hines is literally the best dentist I've ever been to in my life. Bedside manner is unbelievably top notch. Not only did he explain all of the procedure, but why he was doing everything. He showed progress pictures of his work after he was finished, and gave insightful recommendations for post treatment. All other dentists have made me feel like a project, but Dr Hines truly cares about his patients' dental health and goes above and beyond to demonstrate his expertise.Don't walk, run to Bayou City smiles on Sawyer ASAP.

Dr. Ruby, my awesome general dentist, was super friendly and reassuring. She patiently answered all my questions (I like to be an informed patient 🙋🏽‍♀️ 😋) and made sure I felt comfy throughout. It's a real treat to have a doc who treats you like a fellow human being; you can tell how much she loves what she does. Dr. Ruby's honesty and attention to detail, along with her caring assistant, Noel, gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling of being well taken care of.And let's not forget the front desk crew - they always greet you with a genuine smile and even put up with my brief hangry moment one time. 😅If you're on the lookout for a new dentist, I can't recommend Bayou City Smiles enough! ✨

I had a great experience here. Myra, Debra, and Pat were very welcoming and got me taken care of quickly. They answered all my questions and got me in to see the hygienist. My hygienist, Magda, was amazing. She was so nice and engaging. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole experience. She explained things to me so that I’d understand. Dr. Corral did the same and I can tell I’m well taken care of here. Can’t wait to go back as I know I’m at the right place for taking care of my teeth and more.
