I have had kids in 5 rounds of braces here and will not be coming back for the last one. The service has declined markedly over the last 10 years, and as patient load increased, it's impossible to get an appointment at a convenient time. The changed the hours a couple of years ago to leave less time after school. No more occasional half Saturdays or being able to switch to another location for an appointment like you used to be able to do.I recently booked an appointment more than two months out, because they had zero appointments on the day I was available 4 weeks out (when they said they wanted us back) and the latest appointment time 8+ weeks out is 2:15. If your kid is in high school, and missing class is hard (we had to wait 45 minutes from our appointment time before the visit started) I would try somewhere else. They all have the same hours now, but maybe somewhere else you'll actually be able to get an appointment.

lol this business is a joke. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Literally just took money and did nothing else. I’m now being told (by three other orthos) that the “service” provided will result in long term jaw misalignment. Really, run. 🏃🏾♀️Update: spoke with someone in marketing who reached out within minutes of this review going up. I trust yall will hear from them as well. Long story short: it’s about the aesthetic and the reviews. Not about actual service. The options provided were: come back in to get (and I quote) “better quality service” or “get transferred to finance to terminate your contract.” I chose the latter of the two. Good luck to anyone who doesn’t fit the demographic for getting quality service from day 1. ✌🏾✌🏾they’re basically smiledirectclub but far more expensive.

UPDATE: Once again, their internal processes are disastrous. My daughter had an appointment yesterday and it was a 2.5 hr ordeal that THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT ahead of time. I cannot wait until they are done with her and I never have to deal with these prople again.No complaints about the care, but THEIR APPOINTMENT PROCESS IS A FRUSTRATING SH-TSHOW. Would go elsewhere if I had to do it over again.

The staff’s service is exceptional; they are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.What truly sets this clinic apart is their professional expertise. I was initially informed that my case would require 14 months, but with an upcoming overseas trip in 12 months, the dentist crafted a meticulous plan to accelerate my treatment without compromising the results. Their adaptability and dedication to meeting patient needs is commendable.Currently, I am still undergoing treatment, but the progress has been remarkable. The 2 ladies in the front desk, Yessica and Jeimie are amazing, they provide me with every detail that I need; everyone here is professional and provide quality work.Ana was amazing, I don’t know if Dr.Amir knew what he was doing in some moments. My last 6 months for my braces was one of my most horrible experiences, I was told that I was going to get them off multiple times, so when I found out that I was getting them off for the last time it wasn’t an enjoyable experience anymore.

Dr. Amir Davoody is the absolute best! He has taken great care of my youngest son! We highly recommend him and the Kirby location as well as the Bellaire Blvd. location. High praise goes to Lisa from the Kirby location as well as Liliana and Shay at the Bellaire Blvd. location. We’ve had to come in twice for an emergency appointment and they took care of everything! You won’t find a better orthodontist practice or better customer service in Houston, Greater Houston Orthodontics is the best!!

Both of my daughters have received the best care. Oldest is done and the results are awesome. All the doctors have the best disposition and take the time to explain the process. Anytime I have had any issues they are able to schedule me right away. The front desk is always so nice. Love the attention and service that the office provides.

We've always had positive experiences with this business, but lately it's been terrible. I had an appointment at the beginning of July, and they have yet to file an insurance claim after having paid my portion of the bill. At this appointment, they couldn't verify the insurance they had previously verified by the way. They had to call me the next morning. At that time, I paid my portion, but no insurance claim has been filed, by them, for the remainder. They have refused to release aligners and have not filed an insurance claim after more than two months and multiple conversations and texts (their preferred method of communication now). Not to mention at my first visit to pick up my original set of aligners, they had not been ordered. It was a wasted trip, and no one bothered to call me prior to my arrival. At my previous visit for x-rays, insurance hadn't been verified prior to my arrival, and they were insisting I did not have it until someone actually called while I waited a long time for them to do. Insurance was provided at the time of scheduling my appointment and well in advance of my visit. Their billing and scheduling has taken a turn for the worse. The staff don't seem to know what's going on and provide conflicting information. They've relocated and increased in size rapidly since we first started going for my daughter, and it looks a lot like they can't keep up with the growth. I wouldn't waste time here. You can get better service for the price elsewhere.

Just exhausting experience to deal with their financial charges. We have been asked to pay Monthly payments often despite we overpaid up-front - much more than monthly payments of total passed months. Explained the same thing , got understood then at next appt got called again asking same monthly payment … so frustrating.Btw , no individual rooms for most visits . You see other patients got worked on for their dental work while you are being worked on
