So I gave a pretty bad review the last time because of all the issues I was having with my brand new dentures. They finally replaced the manager, who was doing nothing to help me, and the new manager came in and is fixing everything. She is amazing. She didn't ask for an explanation and said she'd take care of everything. Amazing fix to this location. This new manager is my hero

Every person at this office was kind and professional and explained each part of the treatment plan and payment, especially Guiselle and Darius. Constance ensured correct pronunciation of my name, my preferred name and pronouns which made me feel immediately at ease. Kross was a well informed and helpful and thorough hygienist and Iqra was an excellent Dental Assistant and Dr. Bartholomew was very attentive and great at what he does

I decided to swap dentists because I wasn't getting value over mine that I've been going to for over 20 years. They have all the newest technology and walked me through both great and concerning areas of my mouth (which sadly I never had before at my old dentist!) I'm getting my parents to convert over to them instead of using our old family one.Dr B. was so helpful providing information and advice to all of my concerns. He was patient and so knowledgeable.Nashwa has a great sense of humor, making me feel comfortable throughout the whole laser cleaning process.Constance and Darius were also so friendly and warm!Thank you team :)

After a very harrowing experience a couple years ago with my previous provider, I was nervous about booking a cleaning here. The staff quickly alleviated all of my anxiety upon arrival. The entire team is warm, welcoming, friendly, attentive, and very transparent. They don't waste time, they don't try to upsell you, and they treat you with dignity and patience. I will absolutely be coming back here!

Dr. B is very knowledgeable and truly, good natured...I appreciate his patience, advice and sense of humor!Ms Nashwa, Ms Guiselle and Ms Constance (actually everyone in the office!) are so sweet and a pleasure to be around...and it doesn't hurt that they are all very good at what they do! I came here after losing faith in a previous dentist, and desperate for someone to hear me. Everyone was super nice, heard everything I was saying it, made sure everyone was on the same page, etc. The dentist sat next to me as we both looked at my x-rays and discussed issues, treatments and suggestions. I came back for the treatment and everything was pleasant (or as pleasant as getting your tooth drilled in can be). Checked up on how i was feeling through out it and everything. Honestly, it was just a good experience!

oh my goodness My prayers have been answered, My, MYS Team is so amazing!Dr "B" [Bartholomew], The office staff Darius, Iqru, and all the staff You're so kind and so thoughtful and so amazingly amazing.The facility was very clean and very efficient. My cleaning was like no other cleaning before.I had three really bad previous experiences with other dental offices that made me just quench and my blood pressure shoot up like rockets whenever I had to go to a dentist. today's experience with nothing but a true joy, my week and countenance will be happy unbelievably. Thank you so very much for your kindness attentiveness and not delivering me with a whammy. After having to switch to a new location after my primary location closed, and after 3 visits, I have found my personal West 8 Location Dream Team. Constance was the first to greet me and made sure I was good to go. Dr. Bartholomew signed off on everything and made sure all the boxes were checked. Constance and Dr. B are awesome. But how can I forget my hygienist. Nashwa is super duper. She keeps it real with her patients and does the best job in the least amount of time.#tilldeathdouspart
