The staff is very friendly and tries to take in mind my children’s school schedules with appointments which I greatly appreciate. Attention to detail when cleaning is wonderful.Dr. Newell remembers previous appointments and what was discussed and keeps me on track with next steps if needed. An awesome staff that I recommend to friends and family.

I have been seeing Jean, Dr. Newell and Stacey, for 20 years now. I don’t live in TX and I still come to this office yearly just for my dental services because they are that good. The level of care and professionalism is unmatched. They are thorough in explanations and answer any and all questions. And I always feel comfortable during my visits. Donna runs the show at the front desk and is very welcoming and helpful!

I really enjoy using this dental office because the doctors, hygienists, and other staff are all so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable that they make you feel like you are part of their family. Not only are they concerned about your dental health but they are concerned about you as a whole person and any health or personal issues you have.They make going to "the big bad dentist" a fun experience and I always leave with a smile on my face; a clean, white, polished one at that!I first started using them 8 years ago when I worked in that area. I am now retired and live 30 miles away but I continue to drive across town every 6 months because I know I can trust them and know it will be a good visit.If you are looking for a new dental practice I highly recommend you try this one out.

Great Dentist, highly recommended. I've been going to Newell and Flinn for about 4 years now, and in that time I've seen every hygienist and both Doctors. The business is clean, has modern equipment, a nice and professional staff, and they are very good with scheduling. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for the hygienist, and for regular cleanings I am in and out in 40 minutes or less.

When I arrived I knocked on door as the sign instructed and waited in hallway until previous patient finished checking out and they were led to exit the rear door. Then I saw the receptionist wipe down all doorknobs and countertops and then I was let in and used hand sanitizer and temperature taken.. Everyone wore masks and I felt very secure when I was told to remove mine. I felt they were all taking every precaution to keep everyone safe.

Staff is very professional and goes out of their way to make your visit special every time. I have been seeing Dr Wilson now for three years and I have always received top notch work. I have worked for other Dentists in the past while living in Reno NV and I am very impressed with every aspect. I would not have a problem seeing one of the other dentists if Dr. Wilson was ever unable to care for me. I trust him that much and I know he would only work with the best.
