Very impressed with everything about Sinada Dental from my appointment over the phone, the ,simple yet elegant decor, the cleanliness of their entire facility, including their bathrooms, the friendliness, bed side manor, how quickly they got the job done, the hard work of each staff members and the dentist. The exquisite work they did for me. I am truly pleased. Thanks to everyone at Sinada for giving me my smile back. You guys are the best. ❤️😊

Its been while since I had been treated at the office ( 2021) . Dr. Lucy was terrific and very personable , that was great too because I do not like going to dentist and unfortunately after this experience I still don’t. Overall the staff was great however the care I received overall was poor. As of this day I cannot wear my denture that was made. It doesnt fit well and i was frequently using denture product to keep it place. But its been over 2 years since I have worn it. If my insurance and myself is paying over 3k for for something I want it to be right and correct and not be told I have to live with it. I did try appointments to make appointments in 2023 see office for regular care however the appointments were cancelled at the last minute. The last time my appointment was cancelled I called back within 10 minutes of the cancellation left my name and number and never received a call back. After this I gave up. The reason for no dental care in 2022 was I had a knee replacement and during the recovery process I was told to avoid dental care for 6 months after surgery. When the 6 months passed, was when I began to schedule appointments again. Anyways.. As a practice they need to fully insure that patients are happy with the care receive. if they do cancel appointments because no one wants to stay on a Friday they need to work with the patient and not cancel 2 hours before the appointment. I that being said I do like the people but over all my care wasnt very good and it will cost me more money to fix what should have been corrected a few years ago. To be fair, another mold of my mouth was taken and my denture was sent back however no changes were made and denture was still the same.

My experience is amazing. I really enjoyed being treated by Dr. Lucy Dang. She is experience and professional. I am pleased with the services from this office with staff and Dentist.

My crown broke after a month. It was inconvenient for me to come in between work due to the lack of job done incorrectly.

I had a really great experience overall! Staff was amazing. I had no issues with billing no surprises at all. I'm scheduling my next cleaning at Sinada!

I really like their offices, they are very clean, and they are very convenient to my house, but be prepared that they will reschedule your appointments every time they set one due to a doctor not being in the office that day. I'm on my 4th reschedule already.

Sinada Dental was amazing. My husband who hates going to the dentist had a tooth that broke off. It was near the front of his mouth so he didn’t want to leave it like that so he was forced to let me get him an appointment. Sinada dental got an appointment for him within 2 days. Which is awesome for a new patient. The Office Manager was amazing she had him all set up and ready to go when he arrived. He didn’t wait for a minute and he was back in the chair getting fixed up. When he came out from receiving a temporary cap, he couldn’t say enough nice things about the whole process. Which is really a first for him and a dental appointment. I am sure I will be able to get him back to this dental practice and it won’t be like pulling teeth. We would truly recommend Sinada Dental to anyone who would like an awesome dental experience. 😃

Had an great experience at Sinada dental. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Andrew made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend!
