St hope and their auxiliary staff provided exceptional care during my recent visit. Dr. Asa expertise and gentle approach made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, and their attention to detail was evident. The auxiliary staff were friendly, efficient, and contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience, specially Irma. I highly recommend st hope practice for anyone seeking quality care.

St hopes in GREENSPOINT is probably one of the best facilities that I’ve been to, walking in and being greeted by Julissa, Niki and letci definitely provides a breathe of comfort . The front desk squad makes checking in efficient and joyful. There fast but also very attentive. Also not to mention having a doctor and dentist available in the same location. Major thanks to Joshua the DA , he was very helpful and nice .

At the entrance, the greeting that you receive from Letci and Niki deserve high praise. They are awesome. Mariela is the same except she’s dental. The 3 of them together, if you are mad, their greeting will change your entire mindset. They are the Charlie’s Angels of St. Hope in Greenspoint. Josh is the best dental assistant on this side of heaven. Thank you guys for always being above average.

If you looking for Medicare that doesn't make you feel just like a number this is the place for you. They treat you like your a close family member on every visit. The front desk staff Tiereny,Leti, and Niki keep me rollin with thier friendly welcomes every time a patient arrives. I yet to experience any staff member thier without a warm expression of wanting to help with any of your needs. I'm telling yall this is a great clinic for all your medical needs with great staff.

While doing construction, we need outside side saying how to enter the bldg. And a bench at that area whileWaiting for our ride.....thanks for fixing the clinic to help the patients with putting a bench for us, all so l want to thank Nickki and lexci l appreciated all the help they offer when l have any questions

First time visiting this location. Was a little turned around due to the construction. Staff were extremely nice.I like to make informed decisions about my healthcare so I ask many questions. Dr. Asa was understanding and explained the process in detail. First time I had an X-ray tech that was gentle with the X-ray sensor and not trying to push it thru my gums.Front desk staff were nice and willing to answer my questions also. Explained in detail the pricing which I greatly appreciated. I was a little apprehensive about going to the Greenspoint location. My visit today was pleasant and I hope future visits will be the same.

St. Hope is my place. The team members are always helpful and genuine. I have tons of great stories and experiences for helping me navigated care to best practices. The front desk team calls to check in. If I miss an appointment they care. Between Letci, Niki and Julissa, I know I'm well taken care of. Dr. Burton is like auntie, mama, and sister all rolled in one. I feel like she truly cares about my wellbeing. And I'm grateful to have her. The dental office is amazing as well. I've had several bad experiences with dentists offices and when I got here I was scared. Like full on panic attack and Dr. Emiko and Josh reassured me. Was gentle and hella patient. I was a 5yr old in the chair and they didn't ridicule me, force me to do anything. They took their time and rescheduled me several times until I was ready.This office is too notch and I recommend it. Great staff, great doctors, great team.

Dr. Carter and Caston are wonderful. I wouldn’t know what to do without them. They are very caring and informative when it comes to their patients. Letci and Niki at the front desk are very professional and helpful. I never have any issues when I have an appointment. They do their best to answer any needs and solve any issues someone has.
