If I could give this office a rating higher than 5 stars i would. Dr Nab took me in on short notice, diagnosed my problem and saw to it that I would be better. He even checked up on me after my visit. He is a first class dentist and his office is nothing short of amazing. His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Great job Dr Nab! You are now my dentist for life. Thank you!

At my last visit when speaking to Doctor Nab whom I felt was very smug and dismissing of my concerns. Saying to me ( I don't think you understand) In regards to me questioning how my crown was sitting after placement and food getting stuck underneath. When I questioned him, he told me that I had bone loss. We looked at my chart, and there was no bone loss. He admitted but also came with other reasons and excuses as to why the crown is sitting the way it is and if I decided to remove it, I could possibly lose the actual tooth and then need an implant. Still needing more work done, I decided to go to another dentist whom I feel listens and does not avoid or talk to you as if their services are FREE or place blame for their bad work.. It's your money, and you should not settle if something feels wrong or you're not being heard.P. S. I'm not happy after several miscolored crowns, wrong sized healing caps & misquotes with pricing. This is why I did not come back to complete the implant. And I expressed this when called last year. But this is how you save face on the internet, As you can see, the staff is sarcastic and smug as well . And obviously doesn’t mind "Losing" patients!!

I went in for a deep cleaning. Maria was my dentist, she was super nice and informative.However, on my way out the receptionist was a bit unprofessional. My receipt didn't go to my email because of a firewall issue they have, I asked her to send it to my work email as well as print. She only printed the receipt and dismissed me. I thought that was rude and made me feel unsatisfied as a customer leaving out. However, looking at my smile made me feel better, Maria did a great job with my deep cleaning. Everyone thought I had my teeth whitened.

Facility is deteriorating rapidly since my previous visit 6 months before. Chairs in lobby have snags and material loosely sagging on floor. Chairs behind counter are losing faux leather material, flaking off. Hygienist was sloppy and not thorough when cleaning my teeth. She moved around all over my mouth without technique. She didn't even floss me and after completing the paste buffing/waxing, she asked if I needed a rinse. I had all in my mouth, why would I not need a rinse. I have never had such a horrible teeth cleaning experience. Then to top it all off, the dentist comes in, to go over my problem teeth, and was quite smug and condescending when I stated that I had intention on taking care of some of my problem teeth situation but didn't get any follow-up information from his team. He stated we give you the information, it's up to you all to get it done, not nicely. However, it wasn't so much what he said but how he said it.I have absolutely no intention of going back to this facility.

Nice staff but shady business practices!I went to Midtown Dental/The Gallery of Smiles for the first time in January 2023 and they recommended I get a deep cleaning (a periodontal procedure.) It went well and I had a pleasant experience.They scheduled me for a follow-up in 1 month. I re-scheduled for 6 months, per my normal bi-yearly cleanings. After my cleaning today (which was performed well) I was strongly suggested to follow up in 3 month intervals - I said OK. Upon checking out, I was told I'm not covered under my insurance! This was a shock to me.They explained that because I had a deep cleaning, I am now coded as a "periodontal patient" and ALL future cleanings are NOT COVERED by insurance!!! (and yes, I'm 100% sure my routine cleanings are covered by my insurance.) This was absolutely not explained to me before or after the deep cleaning, and makes me question the 1 and 3 month routine checkups they wanted...just to make more money? I don't know.Overall, I am pleased with the service they provide but have quickly and totally lost my trust in their business. 2/5

This is the most amazing dental practice. I’ve had a lot of great experiences with dentist’s…I really have. Dr. Nab and ALL of his associates, hygienists, and receptionists are the most caring people on the planet. They genuinely care about your health and comfort. This is an extremely difficult time for me but they made it very manageable and easy. The only thing missed this appointment was Tandy. She is the light and breeze of Midtown Dental and I’m sorry we didn’t get to see each other this time. Love you all and thank you for the support!

Dr. Nab and his staff still continue to impress me, even after seeing them for ~15 years. I went for an implant yesterday, and they made the process simple and relatively painless. Today I have no pain whatsoever. The coordination that Dr. Nab operates with his staff is astounding. With just a single word or gesture, they both understand each other. I was never a fan of the going to the dentist office before Dr. Nab. That’s all changed because of Midtown Dental.
