You guys have been great with both of my kids braces. Unfortunately I was told we would not be getting text messages for appointments any more. Then I was told after I missed an appointment that there is no texting for the pelham office yet now I'm getting text asking how my visit was but I haven't seen an appointment confirmation text in months. What is the process moving forward?

To find a place with excellent expertise and exceptional people is at times rare. This is an instance where both of that is true. Simply Orthodontics has the best of both worlds. I had my adult braces here and there was no where else I was going to take my child when it was her turn. Their wonderful care is not just to my family, I see it during appointments that customer care is their priority. Simply Orthodontics you are “Simply the best, better than all the rest”.

All in all, Simply Orthodontics does a great job. They are reasonable to work with and the outcome has been excellent. I do believe they could work harder to provide more scheduling flexibility for their patients by offering evening and early am appointments. After my own research, I find that most offices in this area are the same with their schedule limitations. I would recommend Simply Orthodontics.

I started going to Sinply Ortho when it was still owned and operated by Dr. Anne Todd. When Dr. Todd sold the practice, I was nervous about who would be in charge of my care because I was preparing for an invasive jaw surgery. To be honest, my first appointment under the new management did not go smoothly. I was prepared to start the hunt for a new orthodontist, when I was offered a sit down meeting with the staff to discuss options. I went in very apprehensive, but open minded, because I didn’t know these people and they didn’t know me. I agreed to give them another shot, and I am so glad I did. I found out that the orthodontist I saw in my previous appointment would not be the permanent person in this office, and it turns out that Dr. Dommings (who would be the permanent person) has had the same surgery that I was on track for. I felt like the whole team came together to make me comfortable and feel confident in my care. I was paired up with the absolute best tech, Awilda, who was the only other person to adjust my appliances. They took my comfort very seriously and did all of my adjustments in a more secluded room, away from the loud hustle and bustle of the pre-teens in the general space. Dr. Dommings did an amazing job communicating with my oral surgeon and got everything taken care of in time for my wedding. I am very happy with the result, and I love stopping in to see everyone in the office. If you let them, they will be more than an orthodontist’s office, they’ll be your best friends.

The people that work at simply orthodontics are always so nice. They always know how to make me laugh, and how to start an interesting conversation with me. I have never got an appliance in my mouth that did not work at Simply Orthodontics, everything they have given me made my teeth a lot better. I would highly recommend Simply Orthodontics for anybody that wants better teeth, and nice people.

The transistion from Anne Todd Orthodontics to Simply Orthodontics was smooth and positive. The staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly. Although my son isn't crazy about having to wear braces, the staff and doctors at Simply Orthodontics make it very tolerable for him! I would highly recommend Simply Orthodontics in Hudson to anyone!

What a great experience! Went for a free consultation and was able to get my daughters braces placed same day! Friendly staff. Cool incentive program for kids where they earn wooden nickels toward prizes. We entered a raffle to win a cool prize too. Having braces isn't the most fun thing to do in the world, but if she has to have them, simply orthodontics is making it the best experience possible! Lindsay Greco is ready for a perfect smile!

We are very happy with the smooth transition from Anne Todd's to Simply Orthodontic.Both my daughters have been going there for 2 years, the girls that do the braces are very happy with the way they are treated like they are mature enough to take care of their own teeth.We are always greeted with a smile and the business office is easy to work with.

Dr Alkhoury put on my braces and Dr Domings is continuing my treatment. Both doctors have been very caring and meticulous in my treatment. I had gaps in my teeth and my bite was off. My teeth look beautiful, my braces will be coming off pretty soon I cannot wait! Thank you to all the front desk girls, assistants and doctors!! I appreciate all you have done for me!

I started my Invisalign treatment at Simply Orthodontics in February and I've had a positive experience right from the initial consultation. I'm now more than halfway done with my treatment and each time I go for a checkup, Dr. Domings and the staff are very friendly and always take the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Simply Orthodontics to other adults looking to perfect their smiles!
