OMG. I've never been to a better Dentist. Dr Rossi is absolutely amazing. I had been to another Dentist in Atascocita who left my veneers full of spaces and in 3 years they were deteriorating. Dr Rossi not only removed the veneers and fixed the the mess but placed new in with no pain , less cost and he and his staff professional, polite, all updated xray machines and materials. I'm here to stay. I'm encouraging everyone to check them out. You won't be sorry. Seniors ,don't neglect your mouth because dentist's in the past have made you cry in pain, get yourselves in to see Dr Rossi . You'll love the place and all the staff. 🙏💖

When making the appointment, I gave them all of our insurance info. We arrive for the appt. and she informs us that they do not accept our insurance. Keep in mind that they are a listed provider on our insurance's website. Regardless, this is something they should have told us when we made the appt., not when we have both taken time off from work to attend this visit. This is not professional.

Dr Rossi is an excellent dentist. He has great customer service he takes pride in his work he is diligent and he is an expert in his field. The office staff on the other hand are Crooks. I paid before my services were rendered in good faith. Some of the services weren't necessary and I have yet to get a refund on what I paid. It's been almost a year and I have tried and tried to no avail to get my money back. I would not recommend this office staff or sorry to say Huffman smiles to anyone.

Great customer service to a T. Going to the dentist is scary. Especially when you know you need it. Huffman Smiles treated me the the up most genuine and warming welcoming and treatment as well. Talking through the whole procedure. With my PTSD it was such a warm welcome for me. I know when you leave Huffman Smiles you leave with a smile on your face and in your heart. This will forever be my dentist. The dentist himself is amazing and I love him very much. I had such a great conversation with him. They were so welcoming and Professional. They were very good at describing everything to me and showing me how everything works. They made sure I was comfortable by giving me a blanket while they were working on my mouth. They even moved the tv in front of me so I could watch it while they were working. The conversation never got dull with anyone in there. I loved all their staff and how they were on top of there stuff. I literally had no questions after them speaking to me because they made it easy to understand. I highly recommend them.

amazing experience, the staff makes me feel very welcomed . everyone there makes sure you are taken care of . i have not had any issues with work i have gotten done . if you are looking for a dentist and also a knowledgeable doctor to perform the work this is the place to come ! prices are affordable and there are options available regarding payment!

Every time I've gone to Huffman Smiles, my experiences were all the same...Friendly staff, quality service, clean facility, and genuine concern for their patients.They have taken me in quickly as an emergency and always made me feel comfortable during scheduled appointments. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! Dr. Ghazal sedated my 4 year old before even taking X-rays to know if any work would be needed. I was told I could not be with her for the X-rays or work, if work was to be done, and when I asked if I had a few minutes to think about the options I was presented with and did not immediately sign the form for work to be done he argued with me and cancelled the appointment. I asked to see my daughter at that point and Dr. Ghazal and TWO of the females in the office told me no that they have discharge procedures and I need to go to the waiting room. I told him I could just see her from the hallway but I NEED to lay my eyes on my child and Dr. Ghazal told his office staff to call 911. I went down the hall to find her myself and Dr. Ghazal was carrying her from the room over his shoulder. I took my child and they told me again they have discharge procedures which I argued I can be present for. The “discharge procedures” they tried to keep me away for was them checking her oxygen level with a finger tip pulse/oxygen meter and said she is free to go. Dr. Ghazal also tried to deny my request for a copy of my child’s X-rays when I asked and told me that if I plan to take her elsewhere they can send a request to have her medical records and X-rays sent over. If zero stars was an options that’s what they would be getting. To try to keep me away from my minor child and then threaten to call the police all because I wanted to see her!? Baffled by how this Dr. And his staff handled us as patients.

The woman that does the billing is very pushy. I went in for 2 teeth that needed work. The dentist was ok, not personable at all, but at least he was polite while he was in and out within a minute or so. The woman that does billing came back and told me it would be over 3000 out of pocket after insurance to fix 2 TEETH!! I went to get a second opinion and the pricing, diagnosis and treatment were all better tha. This place! I suggest doing your homework before you go here. They are connected to crosby family dental which is another place that has many complaints against them.

It has been mess from the get go, My husband has been in this office 7 times, He first went in for a cleaning, which let to needing a crown, he got a temp crown over a year ago. Every time he would go back there was a different dentist, and they would break his permanent crown, He went in 5 more times for his permanent crown that was broken each time. It has been a back n forth game every time. He would get a infection every other month because the temp crown was on for too long. The last and final straw was when he went in and they disposed of his crown. We ended up having to go to another dentist and having to pay for another crown. Will never go here again!
