Doctor Shaima is amazing! She gets straight to the point. She doesn’t attach all of these extra unnecessary fees to your bill. Just overall worth 5 stars. My kids have been going here since 2021 and they will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Atascocita. Thank you Judy Turk and Lorraine. This is a family that I want to keep forever. My wisdom tooth extraction and SRP cleaning was done quickly and didn’t break the bank.

Excellent please. Very clean, greeting, organized area. All employees have great communication with each other and patients. My children and I see Dr. Shaimaa and she is excellent. I can brag on and on about how calm her communication is, demonstrate every to make sure you understand everything and very good of giving multiple opportunities that will work with you. I love all her workers. All staff RDA; Judy T, Judy G, Lauren, and Lorraine. They make you feel comfortable and guide you all the way while cleaning your teeth. She’s awesome. I love my teeth journey and looking forward to continue having a great smile.

I wish I could say I had a good experience at this clinic, but sadly I can’t. After a failed root canal due to a file breaking in my tooth, I’m currently left in horrible pain until my appointment this coming week at a different clinic to get said tooth out.The pain is excruciating— I should not be going through this.I was told by the dentist we could save my tooth with this procedure, but instead I’m left with a foreign object in my mouth (my tooth), in pain, and looking at getting a bone graft and implant which will be a LENGTHY process (about 6 months).I don’t hold any ill will towards this clinic or the people that work there— I know it was an accident and during my first visit the staff were very kind— but this is ridiculous and I could never feel comfortable with that same dentist doing another procedure on me again.

Absolutely loved this place! I'm here still waiting for some services but Judy T. has been phenomenal working with me! I was met with such kindness with Ms. Lorraine at reception! And Dr. Pas was very informative and helped me understand where and what I needed to get doen to better my smile. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be back for my invisaline service!

The staff was very welcoming. They made me feel comfortable. Even the child next to me who was scared. They showed an incredible level of professionalism and patience.Judy Turk and Dr Shaima were nothing short of amazing.

I have had 3 visits to this office, with outstanding service each time beginning with the check-in with the office managers Lorraine and Nancy . I found this office after reading the several positive reviews, and was in need of quick help after a sudden tooth ache. My initial visit was with Judy G. and Dr. Shaimaa, for the consultation and a cleaning. They both had excellent chair-side manner, and a really calming atmosphere. I followed up with Judy Turk and Dr. Shaimaa for the crown fitting and placement, again with the same excellent chair-side manner and professionalism as before. I no longer fear dentists and look forward to my next maintenance visit.

I needed 2 new crowns. Dr. Wase was so gentle and caring. I was told it would take 2 hours and they were done in exactly 2 hours. My dental tech was Judy Turk. I will insist on her every time I need dental work. She was fantastic! Lorraine manages this office and is so bright and cheerful. I actually look forward to chatting with her.Thank you for taking care of me so well, and thank you for your resonable prices!

This is my first time at the Atascocita Family Smiles my experience today was beyond professional, they were prompt and tended to all my questions. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends. Five stars are not enough to describe my experience today. Make your appointment today with Dr. Wase and Judy Turk the RDA you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely Love this place! I called while having severe tooth pain. Lorraine the office manager understood how bad I needed to see a dentist and told me to come right away. I made it there in less than 10 minutes and was seen in 15! Dr Wase and Judy Turk were an amazing team. While they prepped me, Judy eased my anxiety by sitting with me while talking about everything from teeth to family. Can’t wait til my next visit!

I had high hopes for this place. I just don't seem to have the best luck with dental offices. The staff were kind but overall, the experience was not good. From the extraction to the delivery of my partial, it was bad. The dentist had trouble removing one of the 2 teeth I had removed. I was left with pain in the tooth next to the one that was hard to extract. There were no issues with the tooth before but now I'm experiencing pain. The dentist actually had one of the dental assistants hold my whole head while she was trying to pull the tooth out. It was the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at the dentist. My partial was also not done correctly. They sent in the wrong specs and it had too many teeth in the partial so they actually wanted to pull the additional tooth that was fine and had no issues to fit the partial. I said no so they had to send it back. They sent it back and when it came back it had a weird metal bar sticking out that laid in the middle of my tooth. I was not happy because it had to be sent back again for them to correct this. I know they had to send it out and it wasn't done in house so I can't place the blame solely on the dentist office but when it first came back with the additional tooth, it had the metal piece I'm assuming, and they should have told them then so I wouldn't have had to wait another 2 weeks. So, in all I went over a month and a half without teeth. Also, I'm pretty sure I was overcharged because the partial was larger than it needed to be, and I paid for the initial partial, but I was not offered a refund of the additional money I paid. I plan to get implants soon and I will not be returning when I need dental work done again.
