I was able to get in and out for my 6 month cleaning in record time. Everyone was bright eyed and happy for an 8 am cleaning. All of my questions were answered and I felt very well taken care of. The services needed based on my visit were explained thouroughly and all of my possible questions were answered during the explaination. I enjoy this location very much and will see you all in another 6 months.

WOW!!!!! This was definitely an experience. I went in honestly to get my tooth pulled but I asked about further treatment because I eventually wanted to transition to All-on-4( full dentures). They talked me off that ledge quick lol. We came up with the perfect treatment plan for me and it includes veneers( been wanting them since I was 8)!!!! 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!!!!

My local Mint Dentistry branch in Spring was unable to accommodate us when my son complained of discomfort while eating or drinking. Consequently, I arranged an appointment at the Mint Dentistry office in Humble. The receptionist was welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Following the examination, we were informed that my son required a root canal, which they could commence that very day. However, as this was not our usual branch, I opted to decline and instead scheduled an appointment back in Spring. To our relief, the Spring branch found no signs of decay and no justification for a root canal. They thoroughly checked and confirmed this, leaving me dismayed at the thought that such an oversight could have led to an unnecessary and costly dental procedure for my 15-year-old son on a healthy tooth. Consequently, I have decided not to return to the Humble location and advise others to seek second opinions before consenting to significant dental treatments there.

Worst dentist ever ! My experience was great when Dr.Campbell was there. She was the dentist who made me come back to the dentist after years. She filled my cavity with no pain during the procedure or pain after. The new dentist that is there now lack empathy. I went in for to get some cavities done and the aftermath had me going to other dentist to correct her work. My bite was still high after the adjustments. Even when my current dr fixed my bites I was still in pain. Now I have to spend more money for more procedures. Yes the cavity was big but I have had one done bigger than that one and have never experienced this much of a set back. I went in January now it’s March still in pain. I wouldn’t recommend going here. The dentist also get irritated when you don’t want the work done she recommend done by her but a specialist. Even after the bite adjustment my husband seen the tears in my eyes and said he will not be returning. I never ever in my life cried at the dentist or in front of anyone cause it’s embarrassing to me ,but I cried at this one. Even after she seen my tears she did not ask if I was ok. I’m writing this review 2 months later. That’s how you know this is nothing but the truth. God bless her and her hands but they will never be in my mouth again.

Terrible experience. I had tooth extraction 2-5-24. They never gave me anything to clean the extraction site. I went in today for a follow up because extraction site looks to be infected, my tonsil on the side of extraction is infected as well. I told them I took my last antibiotic today and they just told me to use the syringe they provided today to clean extraction site. On the way out the lady said strep throat is going around so be careful. Meaning they don't give a **** about my dental health. I know when you have surgery they give you more than enough antibiotics to help the body. They only gave me a 7 day supply. Commercial developments.smh.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Worst experience ever!! Went in for regular cleaning ended up getting some fillings … the doctor did a terrible job. I was in pain afterwards and was not able to floss my teeth due to him not doing the filling properly. I returned a total of 3 times for an adjustment and to get some type of relief for them to tell me that I’m basically crazy. I know how my mouth is supposed to feel. The dentists at this location are miseducated and don’t know how to fix what they messed up!This place only has these good ratings because they offer a discount for a 5 star review. If you care about your mouth and don’t want to be in pain, please don’t go to this location!!!

I used to love this place! I had a 945 appointment this morning and I was scared out of my wits, I had to sit and wait for over an hour and a half to be serviced. Once I sat in a chair, one doctor examined me and told me she was about to start treatment, she abruptly stopped, and another doctor came in, and they gave me no explanation. The doctor and her assistance were awesome, but by the time she got to me, my nerves were through the roof I told receptionist that I wanted to go to a place that I didn’t have to sit and wait all day due to anxiety, and she assured me that mint dentistry is the place for me, she was wrong! I would like for someone from Corprate to call me so that I can explain what happened. I was not pleased.!!!

I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me right in. There was no excessive wait time , no uncomfortable x ray process, and the office is beautiful. Not only rhat customer service was everything from The time I walked in until the time I sat in the chair. Madonna made me feel right at home and was very knowledgeable and informative. 10/10 would recommend

the staff are always so nice and personable, Temetria (not sure if i spelled it correctly, sorry if not !) remembered me and my sister from our previous visits. the the waiting experience is always chill since they let u choose the music u want to listen to or whatever show you’re interested in, the humble location is definitely one of my faves to visit.

ZERO STARS FROM ME! I had an appointment on Wednesday, Jan 10th, 2024. I walked in at 7:45am. 8am appointment. There is another lady waiting with me. I can hear the 2 assistants in the back. Trying to pronounce my name. Well, of course, they are not saying it correctly. They are laughing about it, and they continue for a few minutes. There isn't any music playing yet it's pretty quiet. I'm sitting near the receptionist desk. They called me back, and of course, she said my last name wrong. I corrected her and told her I heard them the entire time they were laughing about my name. I told her they were pretty loud and the front area was quiet, so everyone up there heard them. She didn't know what to say. I told her I didn't think it was funny. The dentist comes in. She is trying to put my crown on, and it wasn't fitting. So she starts to drill on it. She then DROPS IT ON THE FLOOR. SHE TOLD THE ASSISTANT TO STERILIZE IT. I guess, they didn't know I noticed how it was sterilized. She just pumped the mouth wash that was in the room. Another thing was the assistant every time she walked out of the room. She had the same gloves on. Not once did she change them. She grabbed the nomad(x-ray gun) with the same gloves she had in my mouth, the same gloves she put the apron on me with. The same gloves she picked up the crown and pumped the mouth wash with. I can't even believe what was going on. They gave me a special toothpaste to compensate for the laughing of my name. I guess.. this was probably the 5th time I've been to that office and my last. The tooth whitening trays. I never received them. I guess since I only had my teeth cleaned and no actual dental work done. I was never offered them. So, when I finally paid for a procedure. I then asked if I would get them. So after my crown was placed. I was able to get an impression for them. They walked me to the front, and the lady at the front apologized to me. Telling me she heard them as well and that they play like that, don't take it personal. I haven't received a phone call or an email, nothing. I guess they didn't tell Management or the doctor in charge that day. Let's just brush this under the table.
