The front office staff/ management set the example and first impression of their office and having a fear of dental work this is important to me . They wereu TERRIFIC!!!! Especially with my multi questions and poor since of direction . ( PS. Dr Telles is going to have Sharon (I think That is MS MAPQUEST’S NAME💕).Draw a map for each new patient. I offered and backed out !To the serious part of this review. I talk alot when I’m nervous . He took care of that !! After re explaining my procedure I was out .And magically woke up after a nice little nap. I tooth was removed , I felt refreshed, no pain and up I went . He explained to myself and my husband how the extraction went and what to expect that day , week and follow up appointment and next procedure 3-4 months out . Dr Telles called me that evening to check up on me personally which is a very special thing to me .The pain medicine has been planned and is in writing so you are ahead of being uncomfortable. I have had little to no discomfort !!!! I waited 5 days to write my review as I wanted it to be true to what my experience has been .Dr Telles and his Team are a 5 +++ Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review and I want to make sure that you know that he and his Team are the BEST. !!!!Thank you !!! 💕💕

This office is super amazing and the staff is helpful and friendly. Dr.Telles has made my experience super easy and peaceful every time I’m in his chair and I love how he asks questions to get my feedback and just overall takes good care of me. I love his office and team it’s been a great journey for me being able to get all these extractions out and see great results. This office will always be my number one pick.

Dr. Telles and his team are wonderful. I had to have 3 extractions to prepare for the implant process. I was sedated, and didn’t feel any pain. Took extra strength ibuprofen for a couple of days,and iced, but all in all, not very much discomfort. I’m a week out and already 95% back to normal.Obviously , the proper surgeon is essential for having healthy teeth. I loved Dr Telle’s attitude , caution and care with everything he did. Found my Oral surgeon and staff for life ! So grateful!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!I am a 22year old college student and getting extreme dental work can be really scary and nerve racking. The minute I walked into the office everyone at the front desk was so kind and also got everyone in very quickly. They were honest and also showed me every option before I made a decision. I went to get an extraction and bone graph. They were so kind and the environment of their workplace is just amazing. They took away all my stress and anxiety and did a great job. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The office was kinda tricky to find but has nothing to do with the great staff you'll find once you're there. Very nice, personable Dr's. and staff- although I looked and felt like crap when I arrived, I was totally at ease and happy with what procedure was done. If you are the nervous type, visit this office and feel better about your dental situation. Everything was fully explained, which was very helpful in determining what my plan of action will be, going forward.Thank You!

I was originally referred to Dr. Telles by my dentist after discovering a growth on my jaw. After discovering it was a small tumor, it has become a lengthy process to remove. However, Dr. Telles and his team has made it the most positive and pleasant process throughout. I cannot say enough good things about every individual that works in the office. Sandy and Ana have both been the biggest help at the front desk with regard to insurance, questions about my procedures, and everything in between. With regard to Dr. Telles, his professionalism, guidance, and overall concern for my wellbeing, really made all the difference for my recovery. Not only did Dr. Telles remove my tumor with no issue, he was able to guide me in a direction of a procedure that allowed my bone to regenerate stronger than ever.
