The front office was very disorganized. Got a lot of texts and emails to fill out paperwork which I did. However, when I arrived they couldn’t find it. That being said the dental hygienist were amazing. I went here for a byte consultation, but wouldn’t recommend due to the disorganizationEdit to say it was specifically the front office that was very disorganized and who I spoke to directly. The process on Byte's end went without issue.

This was my first time at this office, and my experience was great! From the front desk check in to the dental hygienist to the provider herself! Everyone was kind, and provided great bed side manner / customer service. The office was clean, comfortable, and had a very cozy / warm vibe to it. So glad I found a new dentist to go to from now on for all my dental needs :)

Another great experience at B365! The doctors are amazing, the assistants help to soothe you while they are working on you. I had an implant put in, shots and all, and it was a smooth, quick process. Yes there were some pains here and there, I’m not a huge fan of needles, but the wonderful ladies working on me were very gentle, soothing, and dare I say motherly 😊… they talked me through the painful parts and made it so much better. Very professional indeed, but I think it’s the love they put into their craft is what makes all the difference. I love this place and the amazing workers there. You won’t be disappointed. And you will be amazed 🤗

Lena's is an outstanding professional dental hygienist. Lena's possess great skills in evaluating dental and oral care treatment. Lena's technical skills and expertise are unmatched. Her people skills coupled with her attention to detail are great assets. Lena's and the friendly staff at Brush 365 in are to be congratulated for providing patients with great dental care.

Had another great experience at Brush 365 Hurst. Veronica my hygienist was amazing and very thorough. Dr. Atia gave me a great check up and patiently explained all the work I needed. The staff was very kind and caring. I will not go anywhere else for my dental care.One of the best experiences I've had at the dentist office. They are open 7 days a week so their hours of operation will meet anyone's schedule (I had an exam and cleaning done on a Sunday afternoon!). Dr. Sara Mahmood is a wonderful dentist and clinitian and I won't go anywhere else and happily drive 30 miles through Dallas traffic to see her.

What impressed me the most was when Dr. Mahmood recommended fluoride treatment, less frequent sugar consumption, and keeping an eye on my small cavities. "Once you drill away bone, you can never get it back," she told me. She wanted to keep the cavities at bay with as little intervention as possible. And it actually worked! At my next cleaning, no further action needed to be taken. This is a far cry from every other dentist I'd seen IN MY LIFE since more treatment means more money. "Dentistry with integrity" is not just a vapid tagline but an actual mission for the brush365 team, and with what seems like a dentist office on every corner nowadays, brush365 really stands out.When my cavities finally did progress past the point of no return, the filling process was quick and completely painless. The office is clean, and the staff are friendly. Knowing that lots of patients experience anxiety about dental work, the offer a calm, warm environment and plenty of options for managing discomfort. They were thorough in their explanations of dental issues and treatment plans, and they welcomed all my patient questions and concerns. And they seem to stay at the forefront of the latest technology available to the industry, lots of imaging and treatment tools to make cleanings and treatments efficient and effective.We've taken both of our small children in for checkups and cleanings, and those experiences were great! They had little sunglasses for the kids to wear during their exams and then take home, and there were televisions with Netflix in the treatment rooms. Another thing that always impresses me is the short-to-nonexistent wait time. We are usually in a chair within 5-10 minutes of our scheduled appointment time, which is priceless when you have littles.In short, DON'T HESITATE to trust brush365 with your dental care. They are skilled, professional, great with kids, and, most importantly, trustworthy!

The staff was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. The dental office was very clean and kept up very well. Shout out to Taylor Smith for encouraging myself and my son Taylond to make a dental appointment, and also for explaining my treatment options to me very well!!! Love her!!! Also to Dr. A, for being the most professional dentist I've ever had and for giving good direction on where to start with my dental issues. Lastly Carlyn, for being understanding, respectful and professional when cleaning my teeth. What i thought was going to be a simple filling replacement turned into a root canal and crown. I use to suffer from sever dental anxiety until i met the staff of Brush365 and Dr. Bengali himself. They gave me a step by step explanation of what they were going to do and through the whole procedure put my comfort and well being first. How many people do you know of that can say they fell asleep during a root canal? Well you can say you know one now. I look forward to going to the dentist now. I highly recommend the lovely ladies and Dr. Bengali at Brush365 in Hurst. This is a staff of young professionals and an awesome dentist. Sure wish they were around when i was younger... :-)
