You will most likely be there 1-1.5 hours. They do not have anything for children in the waiting area, no cartoons on the tv, no books or toys. So if you have an active baby or toddler it’s going to be a bit hard while you wait in the waiting area. Receptionist whispers on the phone and I can never really hear her that well.Update: I chose a new place to take my children. On the first visit to the new dentist they told me that the previous place did not place a filling correctly and that it had fallen out of my daughters tooth. Very upsetting. So this means prosmiles did not do the filling correctly.

Me and my husband have been going here for the past 2 years and it has always been such a great experience . I had an amazing experience today because I have always been so scared of pulling out my wisdom tooth but the dentist made it so easy, painless and was done in no time. I love the fact that the wait time at the lobby is so short and the staffs are always so friendly.

From the moment I booked my appointment it was nothing but a great experience, I booked for my 3 kids one of them I was worried for because at the last place they hurt him so bad that he wanted nothing to do with the dentist. Here at PROSMILES that changed Ana was amazing with him talking and joking with him during his visit definitely made him have a different experience than before, we had to go back a few days after to finish his treatment and he was excited to see Ana again. My other two kids also had an amazing experience with Vanessa she also made their visit an ease and made sure they were okay and confortable at all time, and the Dr. was very clear on what they needed and answered all my questions she was also amazing. The WHOLE STAFF HERE IS JUST AMAZING.

I hardly ever, actually never leave reviews but im going to start and in this case I feel the need to. I just want to say My experience here is always great! Such a great environment. They are so wonderful with my kids, which is so great cause my kids LOVE coming here and it makes the dentist visit so much easier and relaxed for me.Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and We've never had a bad experience here. Never have to wait long or anything.The receptionist Eric is so pleasant, friendly and refreshing. I really appreciate great hospitality. Everyone at ProSmiles keep up the great work🙂

After having had a year long recovery from a double jaw surgery in 2015 I was hesitant to return to the dentist, however after seeing how the office treated my wife, I decided it was time for a check up. Aside from being anxious, my mouth is very sensitive to pain as a result of my surgery, but the staff- especially Jake- helped me feel at a lot more at ease and mentally prepared as he explained what was happening and what he was doing during the exam in preparation to see the Dr. B. I was seen immediately when my appointment was scheduled & walked to a very modern, comfortable dentist chair with multiple tv’s & very expensive looking equipment. I was most impressed with the 3D scanner they used to create an entire model of my upper and lower jaws/gums/teeth, that alone really helped open my eyes to what’s going on where the the sun don’t shine.Anyways, when it came down to the actual dental cleaning & explaining of the care plan, I can say firsthand that they take your pain level very seriously & operate with the upmost professionalism & compassion I’ve ever experienced in the dental field. Thank you.

Dr. B made time for me on the very first day I needed an appointment. I had had sudden pain in my mouth and they spent 3 hours with me getting my x rays, treatment plan, and fixing what could be done that day to help alleviate the pain. Dental assistant Precious was very kind and talkative. She helped make the whole experience pain free! Best dentist Ive been to. Dr. B really explained and helped me through what needs to be done for me.

I spent so much money at this location and very unsatisfied with the service I received from them. I now have to go somewhere else to get my teeth fixed. I have had about 5 treatments and each time I’ve had to wait at least 5 hours!! And now I am so mad that I have to spend more money to fix what they messed up!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

The office was clean and staff very professional and kind. I gave 4 stars simple because my appointment was at 11 for an exam and cleaning, it took almost 3 hours for an exam and a cleaning. They took so long to do X-rays. They do not do them all at once, and they same person does not do them all. I feel like they may have over booked or were short staffed the day of my appointment. Other than waiting for an absurd amount of time ,everything else was great. Once the dentist finally started ( who was extremely nice and professional and so were there other staff members)on my cleaning I was pleased with the results. I would recommend ,just make sure you get 1st appointment of the day, which is what I’m doing for my next appointment.

Clean environment with decorations in the sitting area. Employees are dressed sharply and communicate the process well. Big shout outs to the women workers there and the Endodontist. Had my exam and procedure same day with no problems. Was out by 6:20pm!!!! No complaining, just got the job done. I'm thankful and grateful for y'all. Stay blessed.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I WOULD. I was 15 min early prior to my appointment and they call my name after being there for 2 hours waiting. This happened to me not just once but twice !!! Let alone there was like people that came after me and they were attending them first. Horrible service ! I spend over 8k with them.. and my bridge came off after 2 months.
