I contacted Smile Boutique a few weeks ago. I have been searching for a new dentist closer to home, and I had a horrible toothache. They answered my call, they quickly got me into their office on a Saturday. That alone is amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and kind and made me feel comfortable. My anxiety was through the roof, and Dr. Danny was empathetic and reassured me that I have options when it comes to my dental work. Dr. Xuan is my hero. She’s kind, caring and has been nothing short of amazing. She is easy to speak with and is fully engaged when dealing with patients, as well as her staff. She has gone above and beyond to create a comprehensive plan for me. Lisa at the front is great, as well as Brandon and Savannah. Every person in the building has treated me like I’m family and they want to help. I have found my dentist office, and I won’t go anywhere else. 💜💛Geaux Tigers💛💜 Amy Dubuisson

I’ve been going to Smile Boutique for years. Although I live in Richardson, the drive is well worth it. Dr. Xuan Nguyen is the most patient, kind, and caring dentist I’ve had. She takes her time to ensure that I understand my treatment plans and I am comfortable throughout every procedure. The entire staff is also very friendly! Highly recommended :)

This was my second visit to Smile Boutique and it was 180 degrees opposite of ALL the other reviews I’ve read. It started three days before my appointment when the office called to see if I could move my appointment up an hour. I said that wasn’t convenient for me and the scheduler said that might be a problem because if I kept my scheduled appointment I might not be taken back till later. Fine, I moved an hour ahead. I get to the office on time and the receptionist informs me they’re running late and they’ll be with me as soon as possible. This office can’t seem to keep a schedule or respect anyone’s time but their own. When I complained they took me back to dentist chair and left me sitting for 20 minutes.When the dentist finally shows up and asks if I’m ok on time. I had a mouthful of numbing jelly at that point what was I supposed to say?This went on to be the worst dental experience I’ve had. The dentist and the assistant were distracted they kept taking about other patients, a hygienist or receptionist kept coming in to ask questions, I couldn’t see who it was.I assume the work done was quality, but can’t say I am confident. It’s unfortunate because I had heard very good things about this dental office.

My husband and I were forced to look for a new dentist after 30 years because ours had retired. After visiting a few places that weren't a good fit, Smile Boutique opened an office literally right in front of our house. We couldn't love them more!! We've referred several friends to Smile and they all love them as well. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and very professional. They even have multiple locations if for some reason you have an urgent dental need. Dr. Nguyen is genuinely the sweetest person ever. We would seriously drive far to continue to see Dr. Nguyen, but luckily we don't need to.

First time coming to this office and i’m glad I did! I was referred here and though it was a bit further out than where I live, I would definitely come back. The office itself is very clean and minimalistic which I like, it feels very comfortable. Everybody there is so nice and kind, especially Vina! She was very gentle with my deep cleaning that I barely felt anything. She made sure I was comfortable and was very informing with my questions. I will for sure be back in 6 months to see her!

The staff here are all so friendly & professional & was so accommodating to my dental needs while fitting me in last minute. The office is beautiful & clean. Lisa is always so courteous & pleasant to talk to when I call & answers any questions or concerns I have. Dr. Nguyen explains everything thoroughly & gives you honest options. She’s also very sweet & easy to talk to. I highly recommend coming here!

I hate going to the dentist, but I love the dentist and staff here! I’ve had a range of services from cleaning to implants and have been extremely happy with all the services received.They are attentive, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Xuan always provides multiple options along with pros and cons so you can make the best choice for you.Prices here are very reasonable considering the exceptional services they provide. Will not be going anywhere else.

My kids and I love this dentist office. The staff is super friendly and take the best care of my kids, Dr. Nguyen is one of the best but aside from the excellent staff and doctors, they have Saturday appointments available which help me as a single mom who works full time I don't have to miss any time from work and the kids don't have miss out on classes.

I have a pretty extreme fear of getting dental work done and everyone in the office was so kind and considerate with me! They squeezed me in on a very busy day to fix a broken filling I had on my front tooth and it looks wonderful! I haven’t had my teeth look this good in a long time and I keep walking around and smiling into any mirror I see :)
