Burgess Orthodontics

One of the worst overall medical experiences my wife and I have ever witnessed. If you like being bullied threatened and shamed in front of your 8 year old child, this is the place for you. The treatment plan she presented with us seemed extreme at the time and she was not happy with us asking questions about it. Instead she said in front of our child. If you don't follow this and be supportive, it will lead to painful jaw surgery down the line. We are very happy we obtained another opinion. My wife, child and I were put at ease and the orthodontist we are going with couldn't belive how we were talked to. If I could give zero stars I would. I would never recommend anyone going here.

My two oldest daughters currently have braces and my third daughter will be a patient soon. I looked around at several orthodontic offices before choosing this one. I highly recommend this place because they are always friendly and kind!!! They are very clear about the plan- what they are doing and what the future plan is. Dr. Burgess and staff are truly the very best!!!!

We've been coming to Burgess Orthodontics for over a year now and I could not be more impressed. The office is always clean. The staff are super friendly and personable. This is our first experience with an orthdontist. My youngest son was referred for an issue with teeth spacing. We've felt welcome from the very first appointment. Every follow up has been just as welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Burgess is very helpful in explaining every detail so we don't leave confused. She always gives options and helps with making the right choice for each child. My oldest son may need braces and we made our choice to stay with Burgess. Any and all orthodontic work, we will always return to Burgess. Thank you for taking amazing care of my little ones.

Very impressed with how clean the office is, and the friendliness of the staff! We went in for a consultation for my daughter, and while there I asked about my sons retainer since his orthodontist was no longer at the office I took him to. Dr. Burgess sat him in the chair and adjusted his retainer right there without having an apt or ever seeing him before…thats really not heard of these days, a doctors office going above and beyond! Their prices are reasonable, they always work with my schedule, and how far I drive to be seen. I really appreciate them, and I’m glad we found Dr. Burgess!

Dr. Burgess is wonderful. My son was very hesitant to show his teeth when he smiled. That is no longer the case. He has a smile that radiates! Her office is friendly, clean, and accommodating. She is able to develop a great relationship with her patients, but keeps it real. If you are not doing a good job taking care of your teeth, she'll tell you. With investing time and money into a beautiful smile, I was grateful knowing how his oral hygiene was!

Dr. Burgess and her staff are simply amazing! Today was my invisalign removal day and I am extremely pleased with the final results. I honestly could not have imaged how wonderful my smile would be when I started my treatment plan and seeing my smile today makes me understand and believe that anything is possible. Dr. Burgess and her staff always gave me what I felt like was personalized attention. They were always so encouraging, they always answered any questions, and I always felt like they listened to me. Dr. Burgess took a lot of time to really develop a plan that was perfect for me. I highly recommend Burgess orthodontics for anyway looking for a perfect smile.

Dr Burgess and her staff are always so welcoming and very friendly. My daughter enjoys going to the orthodontist. The office is prompt and offers many different appointment times to accommodate our schedules. The staff always carries on a conversation with my daughter. They always keep me informed of what the next step in the process will be.

Dr. Burgess and the Amy's have been not only my care team for the past 23 months but they have become like friends. I'm so proud to say that this is where I got my braces. I tell anyone that will listen. The atmosphere is great, scheduling was always easy( I can't thank them enough for that) and they made being an adult in braces, actually kind of fun. I will refer ANYONE here and will return if I need to, but hopefully I'll be compliant with my retention plan and not need to(lol). Thank you Dr. Burgess I know you will make many more smiles!-Aaja

Absolutely amazing! The marvelous doctor Burgess and her awesome staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is always upbeat and fun. They offer great financing options. The office is very clean and inviting.I actually went to another office before this one and I am so thankful that I chose Dr. Burgess. She's wonderful! I will always recommend Dr. Burgess to anyone looking for orthodontic work. 😁

Our home away from! We absolutely LOVE the ladies here! They ROCK! Financing is easy! My daughter got her braces the same day of her consult...there was a cancellation & we jumped on it! My daughters teeth were drastically straight in 6 weeks! I couldn’t believe the difference! She has an awesome smile & more confidence! We look forward to her appointments & we fun every time we come! Dr. Burgess has a rockin office & staff! I HIGHLY recommend her & her AWESOME & FABULOUS team! 🤗
