Wonderful experience, polite doctor and staff! I had braces over 25 years ago in another state, my permanent retainer broke and it was hard trying to find a doctor who would replace. Dr. Schumacher’s office was able to address my concerns right away, they did an extremely thorough exam with 3D images and offered replacement retainer at a very reasonable cost! This office is absolutely gorgeous with a comfortable, tropical feel! My children will be getting their braces here too! I feel so lucky to have found this place!

awful busted my lip several times 12 of my braces fell off because they didn't clean my mouth properly then blamed me glued my lips shut somehow? And they are rude don't go here awful they probably bought their reviewsFYI:I was called into his office after writing this review I was called the following * immature and referenced to be a unintelligent human being, along with other snarky words I would like to clarify because maybe I hadn't given my original statement enough information 1 he threatened me with lawyers and insulted me. The staff are nice Mr Schumacher's you don't see much when I said the staff are rude I meant all of the times the had treated me like a immature 6 year old who couldn't deciefer between words my experience with this place was very horrible I was hurt to the point it would keep me up at night the day before coming and I would feel sick to my stomach doctor Schumacher's inability to see fault in the situation has caused me to stand strong with my negative review the facility is designed as a pull not a business they attempt to hire the most attractive people they think look good and the place is bought from a former bank now why is this it's because the place is designed as a factory they are not training there workers properly and as doctor schumacer said himself, in the 13 months we have been receiving service 6. Out of the 10 appointments that we have had, the absolute pleasure of receiving have been emergency appointments and four out of those appointments were regular appointments that were scheduled and not moved ahead of time because the appliances continuously fall off this has been a addressed concern on multiple occasions however, staff have for neglected to take any accountability they continue to blame me the patient Even though I have done everything that they have asked of me and I have tried my upmost to be the best patient I can be. They have neglected responsibility on their part which I do not feel is respectful to me the patient one of those six times one was my fault. I had eaten something that I was not supposed to and I accept fault for that and accepted fault in their clinic. I had told them that I had made a mistake and that was on my part. However, my argument still stands for the rest of the five times where they were neglectful of their own responsibilities as the clinic deriving to how they put on my brackets.

Dr. Schumacher's office repeatedly hurt my child and discounted our concerns. When presented with criticism, Dr Schumacher threatened my wife and 12 year old son with litigation. I expect to receive additional threats for posting this. Please avoid if you can.-edit as Google reviews do not allow replies:To begin with, Google reviews are not simply for public accolades. It allows both positive and negative reviews. I have a negative review.We did not express concern over the regular movement of teeth or the pain associated with that. Had Dr Schumacher listened to our concerns, he would know that. Our concerns were that appliances did not remain attached in spite of our continued diligence and best efforts to care for the appliances. This resulted in repeated days of loose wires poking through my sons cheek. In the response below, I am accused of slander although I have only stayed at the facts. Also in the response below I am actually slandered by the accusation that we intentionally sabotaged my son's care. I suspect I'm not the only one who perceives the irony. Dr. Schumacher let down our family and harmed my son. When we tried to voice our concerns, his ego would not allow him to hear us. I believe his response below is evidence enough of that fact.

Dr. Schumacher and Staff is the best office ever! Best Orthodontist in town. All of the staff is so friendly, caring, and accommodating to every patient. Front office staff is awesome and the assistants/lab tech in the back are very friendly. You can tell they all have a passion for making the patients feel welcome and provide great care. My sister Heather had Invisalign and her smile is absolutely beautiful and it is all thanks to Dr. Schumacher and Staff! Highly recommend this office. If you want perfect care, an amazing smile, and a functional bite this is the place to be!

Schumacher has such a great atmosphere and such kind staff!!! They have made my daughters experience with braces and and expander a very mellow experience and they have talked us through the entire journey! Now my second daughter has become a patient there and she also loves the office! Dr Schumacher is kind and gentle. Both daughters love the tiki token program! Thank you for leaving us with such a great ortho experience!!!

Dr. Schumacher and his lovely staff have been the best throughout this experience. We weren’t sure if Invisalign was the best way to go right away, but we were assured that he would go above and beyond for our specific situation. He went back and forth to make sure the trays and process was made to perfection. And how perfect the results were!!! The office is super accommodating and always willing to be flexible with scheduling. Just overall the nicest ortho experience we’ve ever had. Thank you to Dr. Schumacher and his team!!!

We have been going to Schumacher for over 7 years and have had such a wonderful experience from the front of the house to the back amazing and Dr. Schumacher is a perfectionist my oldest daughters teeth are absolutely beautiful she gets compliments from complete strangers all the time and hers started out very crooked! Love love love this place!

Both of my teen sons are currently in treatment at this office. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there! From the reception staff, the assistants, and the doctor. They are all the epitome of professionals in their fields. Wait time is ideal, and they’ve been able to assist in a timely manner when we have any issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent orthodontic treatment!

We have had the best experience so far with this office. The orthodontist and staff are amazing, the equipment seems really up to date and new, and the office itself is clean and inviting, with a kid room that used to be a bank vault. Don’t worry, there’s no vault door still attached. One of my children needed a spacer and braces and this was where we were recommended to go. Come to find out, there are many families we know who come to the same place and we are incredibly happy with our choice in who we entrust our child’s teeth with.
