Patient, caring and understanding. My daughter loved it so much she wants to go back even though she has to wait another 6 months for cleaning. Everything about my visit was excellent. Dr. Bukai greeted me by name and Nancy, my hygenist, was prompt. The office is pleasant and welcoming and the room for my dental cleaning is professionally maintained. Nancy is an outstanding hygienist and I can not praise her enough. The secretary who took my payment and scheduled my next appointment was professional and friendly. Altogether a very good appointment.

This is the dentist office for any dental needs! Start with a great name and continue with organization that save your time and the service is spectacular. I love that you will get full out all the documents on line. Dr. Firas Bukai is Help in NeedEven though I conversed with three dentists previously, explaining that I am dyslexic and have dysgraphia, and that a CT scan might affect my brain function.No one wanted to work on my tooth if I did not get a CT scan first. What shocked me was that none of those dentists were able to give me an alternative solution for a treatment. Hours on the phone and everyone refusing to treat me made me feel very lost.Dr. Bukai had a solution for me right away. His human sensibility to know what to do and his continued dental education did not hurt in my case either.Dr. Bukai looked at my tooth and with confidence and professional artistry redid the root canal in a bit over an hour. One single visit and no extra costs or sales pitches. I enjoyed my visit to this dentist because he was very thorough, gentle and knowledgeable. The office was clean and had the latest technology in equipment and had all the information needed for me. The staff were very polite and caring for my needs.I recommend this dentist and I would definitely visit him again.

I had one of the best dentist experience is this office! Right off the bat the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and gave me an appointment really soon. Day of the appointment, I basically did not have to wait to be seen. I checked in and was soon taken inside for my check ups. Everyone in the office including the receptionist, hygienist, and doctor were welcoming and made sure I understood everything that was happening and answered all my questions. Even on the the actual date of having my procedures done, the last minute questions I had were answered. It was a nice experience that included professionalism while still allowing room for jokes and conversations to take place:)
