My kids have been coming here for the past 4+ years and they love it.The staff are caring, friendly, and honest and make all of us feel very comfortable when they’re getting their teeth cleaned.We also now see the Orthodontist as they have braces. The Dr. always answers my millions of (probably annoying) questions. At the onset, he came up with their care plan and at every appointment we go over where we are and how their progress is going as well as what they did to keep them on the right track for straight teeth.The environment is fun with kid appropriate decor, movies, and video games.They also love getting their prizes at the end of their appointments.If you’re searching for a pediatric dentist and/or orthodontist, try Little Smiles, you’ll walk away with, well… a smile! :)

I rarely take my kids to the dentist as my schedule rarely allows for it and their dad usually takes them, BUT the kids are always so excited to go. So when they toldme they had an appointment today I had to go to see what the big deal was.This place is so relaxed and fun I can see why the kids really love coming here.What I love to see is an extremely clean dentist office and this place checked all the boxes for me. Clean, professional, efficient and efficient!The employees are also so friendly and more importantly patient with my kids.I don’t ever remember enjoying the dentist when I was a kid but I can see why my daughters enjoy coming here to get their teeth cleaned. I recommend this location to any parents who want to have an enjoyable experience taking their kid to the dentist.

Mom and (2) kids approved! My daughter (who is now 21) was a patient at Little Smiles of OC until she was an adult. We moved from Tustin to Mission Viejo when she was little and we happily made the drive to continue being a patient here because my daughter always said, "I love going to my Dentist" My son started going to Little Smiles of OC as soon as he had teeth in 2014. He's 10 now and still loves going to the Dentist. I can't say enough about this place, its everything a parent and children want in a Dental office and so much more. Thank you for making our lives easy in the Dental department. :)

The staff are very warmth and accommodating. They are punctual with our appointment, and they also ensured that our wait time was minimal, which is a huge plus for busy parents. Dr. Meschi was exceptional – not only was she incredibly kind and accommodating, but she also took the time to explain everything to both my child and me, making the visit educational and reassuring. Overall, our experience at this dental office was nothing short of fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any parent looking for top-notch dental care for their children.

Visiting little smiles of OC is always a pleasure. My kids actually look forward to going to their dentist every time and the staff is excellent with kids. They are warm and welcoming from the front desk, to the hygienist (we usually have Denae who is amazing) as well as Dr Meschi and Brelynn who are the best. Both of my children had their tongue ties fixed here and were able to feed much better afterward. We won’t go anywhere else, cannot recommend this place enough!

2024 review Update...Although Dr Lee has left, the staff at Little Smiles of OC are amazing! They are the best! Whether it's our kids' regular dental care to their orthodontic care, we have been completely satisfied! EVERYONE! is always friendly & greets us with a smile, very accommodating with scheduling, very clean office. We live in placentia and always willing to make the drive. I referred my niece and nephews, who live in Irvine, to come here, & they love them too. We have been here since my oldest was around 5 y/o, now 20. We are down to 1 of 3 kiddos! So, we Thrilled we still have a few yrs left with them!❤️😀 Thank you for all you do!!------‐--We have been with Dr. Harvey Lee since my boys were 5 and 3 y/o. They are 16, 14 and now our daughter is 9. We live in Placentia and willing to drive to Irvine to stay with Dr. Lee and his amazing, awesome, & super kind staff! All of the dentists/doctors are also just as wonderful. Never had a negative experience. Your kids will love their new office. My niece and 2 nephews who live in Irvine also go here. You will not be disappointed. The kids can also watch movies playing from the ceiling to make it an even better experience!

My 2 children receive dental care here. We drive from Costa Mesa as we started with Dr. Harvey because he had hospital rights for our insurance. I’ve been told the new ownship has same rights - hopefully we won’t need it, but we’ve continued care as the new owners and staff are very nice, respectful, patient, professional and gentle.

It’s my daughter’s first visit to the dental office. The staffs are super friendly and joyful. Dr Meschi and her staff made my daughter feel comfortable and able to follow instructions. I’m very impressed! There’s a TV up above for my daughter to watch and toys for her to choose before we left. They also gave a cute certificate for my daughter to bring home. The dental office is so cute and very clean. We enjoyed our visit. My daughter didn’t want to go home! 😂 Thank you Dr Meschi and staffs!

Little Smiles of OC are a phenomenal, tender-hearted team who know how to diffuse any and all levels of anxiety both a parent/guardian AND child may feel. All members speak to my kids, tell them what’s to be expected and asking THEM the questions. I’ve referred so many people to them, after witnessing a 3 year at a different dental clinic hold down a hysterically crying child while trying to floss his teeth!! I was at the clinic for my braces (they share office space). I waited until they were done and made sure the boy AND mom were okay. I referred them to Little Smiles of OC.

First off the staff was amazing! First time taking my little one and she is a handful and I had such high anxiety but nope, they were so sweet and gentle with her. They know what they’re doing. 100% recommended. Their waiting area is so much fun, they have a lot of activities to keep the kids entertained and unaware that they are about to have a dental appointment.
