Simply Orthodontics

It was more than 6 years ago that my daughter was a patient at Simply Orthodontics but she remembers Dr. Simon and the staff fondly. They explained the pros and cons of braces vs. Invisalign and she ended up choosing Invisalign. We then had to move to Taiwan in the middle of her treatment and had to figure out how she could continue with Invisalign. Dr. Simon introduced us to his good friend who is a dentist here in Taiwan that helped my daughter continue receiving treatment for her Invisalign. We are very thankful for Dr. Simon's care and treatment and we strongly recommend him and his team at Simply Orthodontics to any family with kids that is looking for great dental care.

Great experiences at Simply Orthodontics! The admin staff is organized and on top of things (which, in my opinion, is half the battle with any doctor's office). The entire staff is very friendly and the office is super clean and modern and has the right touches to keep my kiddo entertained and engaged during his appointments. We also appreciate Dr. Shung's unaggressive approach to treatments and his knowledgable staff's contributions! We've also come to find out that Simply Orthodontics is very involved in the community, which is an indicator of good stuff running deep!

Very professional doctors and staffs. Clean exam area and lobby area. We are very satisfied with the result. It was estimate to be done in 2 years and the teeth look fabulous now. We received the retainer to maintain the teeth and this is part of the package. The staffs are very attentive, friendly and quick to look for appointments. No hidden fee or extra fee. I had my 2 daughters with Simply Orthodontics and we are very satisfied with the results and services.

We have been going to Simply Ortho for a few months for my daughter's treatment. From the consultation to all the follow-up appointments, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated. The clinic is clean, bright, and inviting. They also have an award system for patients to show up on time. They have also been a big supporter of all the local school PTAs and events. Thank you for giving back to the community!

Simply Orthodontics has the BEST customer service! They always call or text you to remind/help you make the follow-up appointment with the office. Once the appointment is scheduled, they will also call/text you 1-2 days before the appointment. The staff are very professional and friendly! I really recommend Simply Orthodontics to parents!

I haven’t gotten braces here, but the help they have given me was wonderful and so appreciated. I had to cancel my first appointment (retainer check from a previous orthodontist) because I got sick. I’d never been in for an appointment before, but they sent me a get-well card that was signed (not printed). I was so touched by their thoughtfulness! I went in to get my retainer checked, and they were helpful and didn’t even charge me for the check. Thank you!

Simply Orthodontics staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They make the experience for children needing braces a pleasant and fun experience. It's about the little things, from text message reminders to the goodie bags you get for the service there. From the first moment we walk in for our appointment, we were greated with a warm welcome. What we love most is the ease of communications, flexibility of appointments, and response via text messages. We highly recommend Simply Orthodontics if you're looking to get braces for your child.

We had a great experience going through the process of getting Invisalign through Simply Orthodontics in Irvine. Their location is in a shopping center too so you can also get a nice lunch after your appointment.I took off two stars because the office is currently doing a contest for patients who write Google reviews. One random patient who writes a review during the month of May will be rewarded with two Disneyland tickets and (according to the email), "There is no limit as to how many people in the same family write reviews so get your other family members in on this, too!"Like, yeah, I'm writing this to enter the contest because I want to win the Disneyland tickets. It feels tacky that they're bribing their patients to write positive reviews on Google, but honestly that's exactly why I'm here. If I win I'm not going to change my review, and the rules don't say anything about only patients who leave a 5-star review will be entered into their contest.But like...I hope I win! Shoot those Disney tickets this way boss!!!

We just love the staff at Simply Orthodontics. They are always so friendly and warm during our appointments. My daughter will sometimes eat something that moves the wires in her braces and they start to poke her, so we call and they always tell us to come in that day and fix the problem for her. Dr. Shung is a wonderful doctor and Min is just a delight every time we see her. Thanks, Simply Ortho, for making this experience so easy breezy!

The team and Dr. Shung were very responsive to get my daughter in for a timely exam as she wore thru her retainer. Very impressed with their professionalism to scan and re-examine her teeth.I also appreciate the ease of getting her replacement ordered as well.Great experience as it should be from a top notch team and specialist!
