I don’t write many reviews but Dr. Updike and her team deserve 1000x reviews if I could. I was referred by my sister and best friend and we always see it as such a treat to go into the office. From the start to finish of my treatment, it has been seamless. Upon entering, all the ladies and I mean ALL, (from front desk to insurance to anyone on the floor) have such a magnetic and welcoming energy. Their synergy is very unique and I’ve never felt the same office unity anywhere else. That in itself is very special and I appreciate the outstanding professionalism and friendliness from each individual! Dr Updike’s technique and knowledge is also beyond exceptional. She informs you throughout the entire process and teaches you along the way. Her goal really is your best smile and she delivers in results. Hands down one of the best offices for ortho treatment. I was so close to going to another office but decided last minute based upon all the other stellar reviews to go with Dr. Updike. Upon first impression, the office is immaculate and the staff are outstanding! I love all the girls there and the synergy of the office is unbeatable. Dr. Updike and her staff have made this process amazing for our family! My kids teeth look fantastic, she thoroughly and patiently explains everything. The office staff from the front office to the back office are professional, kind, and patient. I have a kid that needs more attention and hand-holding and they did this each time. Dr. Updike worked on all 3 of my children's teeth. They all had different issues but the results were all the same -- a beautiful smile and healthy set a teeth. Two of my kids went through a phase 1 procedure and it created much more room for the permanent teeth to grow in without the need for extraction later. It was amazing what a huge difference phase 1 made to their smiles and teeth! I would and have wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Updike to my friends!

We've been going to Updike Orthodontics for years for each kid's treatments. Each visit, Dr. Updike and her staff are always so kind, knowledgeable, and caring.The practice is run very efficiently. I appreciate that you don't have to wait when coming in for appointments. Very flexible with appointment scheduling too.They cheer the kids on through each stage of the treatment...always encouraging, never scolding which keeps them motivated to follow through on their own at home.Really glad that we were referred to Dr. Updike and you will be glad to if you choose her practice as well.

I came to get Invisalign and the staff here is amazing, friendly, and so professional. My procedures were all done with care and finished at a promised date. Amazing experience! Nearly 50 years old.. finally fixing that crooked smile. :) Never been to a more efficient medical practice.. appointments start exactly on time- and are super fast.
