I had my wisdom teeth removed and it took less than an hour for everything! First, they are so thorough with making sure all the insurance and paperwork were in order. And second, they are so amazingly kind about getting you prepared and through the procedure! I felt absolutely nothing during the whole thing and the staff members made sure to keep me calm and help distract me from what was going on! I absolutely love this place and the staff members! 1000000/10 would recommend to everyone!

I scheduled a cleaning online as a new client. There are a handful of forms to fill out which took about 30 minutes to complete. The building and office of Ultra Smiles is very nice and the environment is very friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Lucy and then examined by Dr. Obi. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Prices were also reasonable. Overall the experience was great and I scheduled another appointment early 2024!

Everyone here is very friendly, sweet and it a very pleasant experience, I’ve been coming here for 2 years and my dental hygiene has improved so much! Also my fear of the dentist has diminished! Lucy is my favorite person there, we get to chat about travel at every appointment. They also offer options for people who do not have dental insurance which is pretty awesome. I highly recommend.

Actually I wanted to begin this review by apologizing to Dr Obi and the staff. I had earlier left a horrible review when I got a high bill from them in the mail through a collections agency, since I switched addresses and didn’t know about it till much later. The bill was legitimate, I just didn’t understand that at first. When I left the first review, I was in a rough financial pinch, and I got angry about the extra expense I couldn’t afford, and I took it out on ultra smiles with my bad review. They don’t deserve anything that I said earlier at all. Actually on the contrary, I even went to them for a cleaning shortly after I wrote the review out of spite and they still treated me with the utmost professionalism, respect, and kindness. It’s not enough that they are the best dentist office in the area professionally, they’re also the kindest and most forgiving. They went way beyond in treating me nicely even after I slandered them with my harsh and untrue words. Thank you ultra smiles for being an example of excellence in every way and I am so deeply sorry for every bad thing I said about you earlier. You really are a great example of how a dentist office should be and I can’t apologize enough for any pain I caused with my words. Please if you’re considering ultra smiles, stop thinking about it and just go, you won’t regret it. They are absolutely amazing :)

Ultra Smiles has been a delight since I started going about a year ago now. I needed a new dentist close to my new job and was very lucky to choose Ultra Smiles. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist himself and all in between have been an absolute joy to work with. I love how they balance being personable along with being professional as well. Totally recommend to everyone!

My dental experience was utterly AMAZING!!! This was my first visit to this dental office and as soon as I walked in the door, the staff was smiling and very welcoming. ALL the Assistants were kind and knowledgeable and really made sure I was comfortable. They were gentle and took their time. The Hygienist took his time and explained everything to me and treated me like he cared and I wasn’t just another patient. This facility, staff and hygienist come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I moved to Dallas a year ago and I immediately was on the hunt for a dentist. The dentist that i left behind was a diamond in the rough so i hoped to find a dentist that met my standards as equal and my prior dentist.From setting the spot online to filling out all the paperwork online, it was so easy to get started. I like to be prepared with all my paperwork filled beforehand and they’ve made it easy to do that here. On appointment day, I was called to the back almost immediately after coming in.I love everything about this dental office. It’s staff is nice, the office is clean, and quiet. Everyone was hospitable. My hygienist was great. She made sure I was comfortable and she explained everything before she proceeded. Dr. Obi came in to examine at the end of my cleaning and I was met with the warmest welcome. It’s hard finding a right dentist and I’d have to say I’m lucky to have gotten it right on my first search.

I love the staff and Dr. Obi. Everyone is nice and courteous. The do fantastik work.(minimal pain) The office is absolutely gorgeous!!! I love that I can watch t.v. or not. Which ever I choose. The team really worked hard to get my teeth and my kids teeth back in shape. And it is still a work in progress. They are family friendly. Thanks Ultra Smiles.
