I can’t say enough good things about Eccella Smiles. I have loved the staff, they are like good friends the last 6 years of going here. Kendall and LJ have always been so helpful with coordinating my schedules and working with me every step of the way through the tough times. They always have the best attitude day in and day out and work so hard to accommodate everyone. 10/10 have recommended all of my friends here, the entire staff here is so caring and friendly. Cannot say another good things about them. Thank you for all you guys do to help!! :)

I was searching for a good skin care line to start a daily skin care routine. I scheduled a consultation with Jessica Stites and she was amazing! She walked me through the ZO Skin Health products. I am pretty much a beginner in the skin care routine world, so it was important to me to find someone that could teach me what to do. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out the best options for me. She also did a hydrafacial, that left me feeling relaxed and glowing! Highly recommend her!

This was my first visit to Eccella Smiles and I was very impressed. They have a beautiful office with helpful and friendly staff. I was specifically impressed with the thorough analysis of my smile. Dr. Wagner provided an in depth plan of how to correct the aesthetics of my smile and enhance the overall health of my teeth. I would highly recommend Eccella Smiles!

Dr. Wagner is a fantastic dentist. I have had a great experience each time I have visited. The staff are friendly and always very helpful, the front desk staff especially!I have major PTSD from every dentist appt I have had since I was young - this was literally the FIRST good experience I have had at a dentist's office. First red flag was the warning our bill would be sent to collections the day after we visited this office. No apology was given until I called to refute the bill. The service provided is inconsistent depending on who you get. They have trouble keeping their internet running so if you need a prescription you'll have to wait (doesn't matter if it's pain medicine for the procedure they just performed on you or not). These people are focused on money, not their patients. Extremely dissatisfied.

I chose Dr. Wagner for my veneers because of his beautiful work I saw on Instagram. He also did a few crowns and decay fixing. He exceeded my expectations by miles! He is meticulous, skilled and a joy to be with. He and his staff work very well together. He has all the modern toys to adjust bites, view teeth and gums etc. I can’t say enough about my experience at Eccela!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Dr. Wagner and his assistants are amazing to say the least, they are all extremely knowledgeable and make going to the dentist a great experience. I came in wanting a Smile Makeover with porcelain veneers and Dr. Wagner knocked it out of the park. If you are considering getting this done go to Eccella, Dr Wagner and his team are really the best!

Being recently separated from the military, I have always had “free” healthcare and dental but not necessarily the care that anyone would like to have. My whole life I’ve been in pain leaving the dentist, not getting the results I wanted or getting a treatment plan to resolve cosmetic issues. The entire time there, I felt overwhelmingly happy that I found this office and I know that I’m in good hands. I texted all my friends that live in Jacksonville, telling them they NEED to come here. Thank you so much for being the first dentist in my life to make me feel comfortable.
