DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! The front desk girl Bailey is very incompetent and violates HIPPA will look at you like you’re stupid and is very disrespectful! The manager I believe LaShanna is not far behind her she is rude and doesn’t care that her staff violates HIPPA. Adriann is super sweet and Hanania great but I won’t be back due to them violating my privacy. I will be reporting the front desk!

First Coast Smiles in Jacksonville, FL is not only the most impressive dental office I have experienced in 40 years of visits to doctors’ offices, but it’s the best medical office overall I have come across. Yes, their patients do have very nice smiles from the great dental work performed, but the friendliness and smiles of every staff member are just as telling. It is obvious that Sarah at the front desk, dental assistant Julie and Gayle the dental hygienist love what they do and where they do it. If you are looking for a very pleasant and well run, highly-talented dental office, you’ve found it!

Back in March 2020 right when Covid19 started, I had a permanent top bridge that came out. It was hard finding a dentist. I finally found one, he was very rough and made me a top denture that was bigger than the teeth on my bridge. It hurt when I would eat. He wouldn't do anything about.So I basically having wore them in over a year.I have been trying to find a good dentist, well I found one. Dr Hanania at First Coast Smiles. He is very thorough, nice, caring and likes to joke around. Which made me very comfortable, because I am scared of dentist due to the fact of having some bad experiences.The whole team there are so friendly and caring. And Sarah was such a sweetheart. I am so glad I found them. Hopefully soon I will have my smile back, and eat things I've been missing..
