This is the way implants should be done. They do them all day so 1) they're good at it 2) they are able to do it at a very affordable price. Volume makes them good and affordable. The facility is very clean. You should be aware they leave the post operative pain treatment up to you and your possibly going to be in a great deal of pain after having a bolt drilled into your skull. I kept taking Tylenol trying to overcome the pain and became nauseous. on my way to the ER I threw up and felt instantly better so I didn't end up going. Just a warning to be careful with the Tylenol. I strongly recommend this place for implants! The physicians are very skilled and all of thier staff are very friendly, professional and good at what they do. I can't stress enough that the quality of care is top notch and it is just icing on the cake that it's as good a price as anywhere. I'll definitely be back!

So let me start by saying I apologize for the review I first put up here because in my eye they had wasted my time but in all reality it was Dept of Veterans Affairs that did so. I am a disabled veteran and pretty much at the mercy of of the VA system. I understand why this company has not wanted to help with a current situation I have but I do have to correct my first review because they were not at fault. I have come to realize that the VA has a ton of issues. Wish this company the best of luck. Once again as a veteran I would recommend them but hopefully you won’t have to go through the VA because it will take for ever and if hard to get an approval.

Hands down the best customer service! Everyone was so nice and authentic. They took the time to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted. That definitely made my anxiety much better and to me that means ALOT !

BEST office in Jacksonville & surrounding areas! Dr. McRee, Dr. Russell, and all of the Doctors and staff at Jax are outstanding. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and they all made me feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way. The doctors listened to all of my concerns and made every step of the process easy as pie. I absolutely love my smile and the way my teeth feel. I had full mouth All-on-4 restoration, and it went by so quickly. It's the best decision I've ever made, and having my smile and confidence back has been life-changing. I can't recommend Jax enough! They are fantastic!
