It was my initial visit North Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. I stopped going to the previous dentist that I was going to because of switching insurances. With my previous dentist, I was scheduled for two fillings and a root canal. After my visit with North Jacksonville Complete Dentistry office, I was told I did not need any of those things. I was very grateful. I really appreciated their services. They were friendly, honest and very transparent.

I had great experience as always with my dental care today. My hygienist who l had not serviced with before was very knowledgeable and explained every step of what she was doing. She provided great insight on the health of my teeth and gums and how to treat them properly for long term health. Thank you see ya in 6 months

I enjoyed the North Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. First the building was clean and refreshing. Second, the staff was superior, kind, friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I was recommended by my ex-husband after looking for a great dental place and he didn't fail me about this place. They walk you through everything and the cost and how to Come up with a plan form payments. I wish more offices would take the initiative with customers as they do with me.

North Jax’s Complete Dentistry, have a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere while being Courteous as well asprofessional in their practice, customer service is outstanding. It exceeded what my family advised me on. I’m happy that I went. Immediately, after I left the office, I called my family members to thank them for telling me go there because of their experience with this office. This was my first time and I’m sure as time goes on. I will be more happier. And confident and tell others what I have experience

I really enjoyed this dentist office mainly because the staff were nice, the prices were great, and they did a great job with my teeth xrays, dental exam, patient education and my teeth cleaning. I was lucky enough to have exams and cleanings in the same appointment as a new patient but it was very worth the wait. They even have bird feeders and tvs you can watch which made the little wait I had super bearable. I enjoyed my dentists, hygienists and the appointment schedulers the most, super positive and nice people to interact with. The only downside is the small office, but what they made up with is personality and professionalism. I am sure that in due time, they will have enough money to expand the space in the future. Such a good dental office, I highly recommend especially if you’re new to Jacksonville like I am.

Super quick and easy experience. Friendly, and patient staff. I didn’t feel like I was under appreciated at all, they took the time to discuss all my concerns and answered any questions I had. Found my dentist in Jax easily.
