Orsborn Orthodontics

Orsborn orthodontics has been absolutely amazing. I had two bad experiences at other orthodontists in Florida, with the last one removing several teeth to correct an overbite and open bite. Orsborn quickly took me on as a patient and let me tell you how much more confidence I have now that my teeth are shifting into the right places. Let’s not mention the great staff who are so polite, all uniform in how they speak and work. The atmosphere is calming with music lightly playing in the background. This is easily the best orthodontic office I’ve experienced.

This place is amazing! The staff was certainly the most friendly and personable I have ever experienced in a dental or medical facility. Everyone exhibited genuine concern from the moment I called until I exited the building. Dr. Orsborne was knowledgeable, informative, and focused on what was best for me. He wasn't an ultracrepidarian at all. He took time to answer all of my questions, shared details about the process, and provided realistic expectations. I left feeling as though I mattered. I highly recommend Dr. O and his team. You can't go wrong with this place.

My experience at Orsborn Orthodontics is “always” pleasurable!The atmosphere and aesthetics in office setting is cheery and pleasing to the eye.The staff is well trained and personable from the front door to the back, where the magic takes place in the patients service area.Dr. O and his wife are givers to their patients and the Jacksonville Community. Ease of getting an appointment. Office very clean. Courteous and friendly office staff. Office Tech very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish. Office manager explained the financial responsibility portion in detail line by line. The doctor took time to thoroughly explain the full treatment plan and took time to answer questions. I definitely recommend Orsborn Orthodontist.

I currently am a patient of the great amazing Dr. Orsborn. My teeth was over crowded, really jacked up! They are looking beautiful and are transforming into a beautiful smile! The staff is so warming and gives off great energy EVERTIME I come. I recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. O and your staff for making me feel good when I visit.

Osborn Orthodontics is a beautiful establishment complete with an amazing staff. From the moment you walk into the office the ambiance and décor are inviting. You are greeted by friendly and alert staff and the check in process is smooth. Dr. Osborn interacts with his clients and the parents that are waiting patiently. The technicians are knowledgeable and do great work.I would highly recommend this office as it is pleasant, professional, and my daughter's teeth look amazing.

I just want to start off by saying if you’re thinking about it go ahead and do it … because you won’t be disappointed from the service down to the doctor exceptional ..I am not disappointed especially coming from another ortho office and coming here an immediate difference in the way they operate and they actual listen to your worries .. if your not here your not getting that true ***DIAMOND** experience .. Staff is extremely friendly and sang happy birthday to me when i entered the office. I can’t believe they remembered!Timely appointment to fir my scheduleExtremely knowledgeable Orthodontist. He explained the entire treatment plan and expectations.This is a family office environment!
