Ortho 99 Plus 1

The receptionists are super nice and super sweet and respectful the place is a lot brighter and more fun to be in. usually places that offer oral care are Dark this place is beachy and fun like a breath of fresh air. the doctor is super cool and respectful he explained everything to me respectfully. Honestly they're great 10/10 customer service, expirence, pricing, everything.

I got my braces taken off Friday 23 Feb 2024. So you can see that this picture is freshly taken and my teeth had not moved since then. I’m not satisfied and you can say that I could have reached out to Dr. McDaniel and his team, but he’s the professional and he did inspect my teeth before letting me walk out of their office. So why go back to him knowing that he didn’t do a good job the 1st time. Their prices are definitely competitive from other orthodontist, but I should’ve known better. My other issue was Dr. McDaniel’s attitude, I’m a quiet person and don’t speak much. There are good appointments and bad appointments when it comes to interactions with him. My only time I rushed to the ortho when I came straight from work I didn’t get a chance to brush my teeth, and he got bent out of shape and was rude about it, instead he should have just offered me one of their many toothbrushes or tell me it’s available to use in the future. My last appointment when getting my retainers, he either was impatient with me or one of his assistant because he was aggressive and short in the way he spoke to me when he was fitting me for the retainers. I only met with Dr. McEuen once and first impression he seemed nice. The staff there are great I personally had a good experience with them rather than Dr. McDaniel. If you want quality work done pay the higher price and go to another orthodontics.

I have been coming for over 2 yrs and after today visit I just had to leave a review on how much I appreciate this ortho office . The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Staff is amazing . No long wait times Seamless experience I love how there is no hidden fees I have been to two different orthos and I just hated how they did business I love ortho 99plus 1 !!

This place is great to receive any ortho treatment! My co-worker referred me to them because of their amazing prices and customer service when I was looking into getting braces for myself! The orthodontist is extremely nice and welcoming as well as all the other staff too. They’re a-lot more affordable than what my previous orthodontist’s (looked into several different places) quoted me for my braces! In less than a week, I have started my ortho journey and had my top braces placed this morning! Im looking forward to see my new smile!

I enjoy being a patient here…I started my journey Feb 2021, and my treatment should be ending in about 6weeks due to the positive progress in my teeth….The staffs are professional n friendly at the same time also they make sure they don’t keep you in the lobby for too long…u get in n out in a timely manner no unnecessary sitting….Dr McDaniel is so down to earth n I know the spirit of God dwells in him…pls do not hesitate to go to them for ur orthodontic treatment, you ll come back n thank me for this referral…

I have been more than pleased with the staff from the front door upon entering to the chair and the gentle hands of DR. Justin McDaniel!Dr. McDaniel you have a great staff ! From the start of my services Lauren was always great! The young man Bo very nice ! And now the ladies at the desk when you come in Awesome thanks for your great work !!

I recommend 99 plus 1 to everyone I know even if they don’t need braces. The moment you walk in the door you feel so welcomed, Lauren is fantastic, anytime I have a question I call up and she usually answers right away and is always very friendly. I wish I could remember the dental tech’s name that helped me because she was super fun and helped make the entire process go by very fast. Also a major plus is Dr. McDaniel’s prices, which are very affordable.

Went in for a consultation, and the facility was so clean and such a friendly atmosphere! Doctor McDaniel is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! Decided to start my path to a better smile and I couldn’t be happier! I’m 25 and in college full time and the payment plan is perfect, I was walked through each step of the procedure and made comfortable the entire time. I live in Altamonte Springs and it’s beyond worth the drive for a quality doctor and a quality smile with amazingly flexible hours and affordable costs.

We just completed getting my daughters top & bottom braces on and so far this has been a wonderful experience ..from working with Ms. Lauren at the front desk who helped us get all the proper paperwork in place so they are paid in full to Dr. Mc Daniel and his assistants helping my daughter feel comfortable and calm thru this new experience! As a mom, the hours are great & flexible too! We did a lot of research and consultations and this was by far the best! Highly recommend them and can assure you will be happy with your consultation-decision should you choose them!
