I recently visited this dental clinic, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The prices here are exorbitant, leaving me feeling like my wallet had undergone a root canal. But that’s not the worst part. The dentist, who also happens to be the owner, left a sour taste in my mouth. Their demeanor was anything but comforting – more like a drill digging into my patience.

Lotus Smiles is a best in class dentist’s office. Dr. Milman and Lisa have gone above and beyond to deliver the best care to me each time I am in the office. Dr. Milman’s “pain-free” motto makes this place stand out among all other options in the area and for that reason I will never allow anyone else to care for my teeth! The entire staff, especially Renee and her team, provide the best customer experience possible. They have often fit me in for same-day appointments and always check in with me post-appointment. This team truly cares about their patients and it shows.

I first came here bc I needed the best deal for a timely bridge to be done at the end of the year. After basically searching the tri-state area, I ended up walking by this place 2 blocks away…and it was a great choice! Very professional service, great facility, best cost around, and the staff always ensures I feel no pain (I have a history of dental problems and sensitive teeth so I’ve always dreaded dental appointments). I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and highly recommend Dr Millman and the staff here to others.

I went for a dental cleaning, confirmed with the office twice before I went they were in network, and during the visit, they upsold me a number of X-rays and other checkups which they assured me it was covered and I did not have to pay for anything. The quality of the cleaning itself was poor but after the visit, they then informed me I was out of network and I had to pay hundreds of dollars for preventative care that’s otherwise covered. When I brought up that they reassured me they were in my network before, they tried to deny by saying they never said that, but they forgot that they had the confirmation in writing. This just seems to be unethical business practice and for what it’s worth, I’d never do business with this kind of people.

They wanted to charge me 190 dollars to glue 1 veneer. They charged me 25 dollars just to walk in the door, they try to sell you on a cleaning and exrays. I gave them my insurance information a week ago, they did not bother to check, if I'm covered, I got bad vibes from the owner dentist, and left, without getting anything done, a wasted appointment, just wanted to get my veneer, glues back up on.

Dental work is scary. I have neglected my goblin manglemouth for over a decade. The team here non-judgmentally, comfortably helped me redeem my dental health and helped planned a path forward to being a normal human with healthy teeth instead of the troglodytic lifestyle I had previously led. Genuinely felt like a clean slate, second chance with gentle, caring, knowledgeable staff. A++. Give them your money!

I have been looking for a good general dentist for a long time and I am so happy I found Lotus Smile and Dr.Alexander Milman. I have been going for cleanings the past year or so and he did not pressure me to get anything done that was unnecessary. He always gave me options if I wanted any old fillings replaced but said they were not urgent right now. My last cleaning he strongly encouraged me to get some work done and even though I was fearful because of my past experiences with other dentists, he made me feel safe and in good hands. He fixed the filling on my front tooth and I am so happy and confident with my new smile. He also saved one of my primary molars by replacing an old filling just in time. He replaced multiple old silver fillings and they have all healed very smoothly. From everybody at the office, helping answer my Questions and checking in after I got my new fillings made me feel very cared for.I am beyond happy with Dr.Milman and trust his judgement for my teeth care.Thank you so much!!

Once again Dr Milman helped me to relieve my pain from a filling that was putting pressure on my nerve.I have severe anxiety going to the dentist but Dr Milman is always patient explaining the process and makes me feel comfortable.He stays true to his statement; we are a pain free dentist

The best place! All of the staff takes wonderful care of me. Most of my life I've shied away from the dentist. I've only had 2 cavities my whole existence. One at age 11 and the most recent at 42. They did an excellent job of soothing me. I had a painless root canal. That's unheard of. I love this place and I've promised to come back twice a year! Thank you Lisa and Renee!
