Associated Orthodontists - Joliet

It is totally unacceptable for a business whose clients are mostly in school to keep banker's hours. My kids have missed a lot of school get into regular appointments. When I try to squeeze them in at the end of the "work day" I get phone calls from a clearly irritated receptionist if they're even a few minutes late.They need evening and weekend hours.I'll be glad when their braces are removed and I am done dealing with this place.

Pleasant front desk. Did not appreciate the condescending, disrespectful, lack of professionalism from Dr.Casey in regards to consultation of some work to my daughter’s braces that is aesthetic. After consulting with our primary dentist, he rudely said we were wrong and could not provide any information in regards to price or longevity of the procedure. He was also aggressive when placing hands in my daughter’s mouth. Very displeased.

A little upset I called this morning because I had an insurance question and I believe the person who answered was Lynn, I asked my question and she immediately questioned if I was a patient. Just seemed like she couldn't answer me unless I was. Her attitude was kind of rude and It sucks because every one told me nothing but great things about this place. Wish I could of done my ortho here but oh well.

Our son got his braces on in November of 2015. It is amazing how much his teeth have transformed over these two years. We got exciting news at our last visit that he has only one more adjustment appointment, then he will get scanned for his retainers, and lastly his braces will be coming off in December 2017! The staff is so friendly and informative. We highly recommend Associated Orthodontists to anyone ready for a beautiful smile. 😁

Everyone in the office is great, from the receptionists to the doctors. They have always been able to get us same day appointments to deal with any issues that might come up like pokey wires. They always have fun contests going on in the office and each patient becomes part of their smile club. The smile club is a point system where points are awarded for things like being on time to appointments, brushing, wearing rubber bands, ect. It's a great way to keep kids on track with caring for their teeth and following through with their ortho treatment plan. My sons teeth look amazing and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
