I love Dr. Redd and the staff is phenomenal ❤️! I wish he could treat me dental everything! Awesome Awesome Awesome 😎. My last visit was not at all like the others. I felt dismissed and talked about as I was leaving. A lot of money and very unhappy now. My last visit was like no other. Dr. Redd was my orthodontist but I was passed off to another orthodontist. I've never been treated so badly. I paid in full and was left shaking my head. Shameful behavior from a professional.

somehow my review was removed so let's rehash.this guy charged me thousands of dollars and my teeth didn't move in invisalign, except for the wrong way. My bite is off and he removed me from his practice. probabaly because i voiced my opinion and didn't stand for sub par service. Nice guy but in the end was he really nice or just for show?wouldn't even send me retainer aligners after years of treatment and left me hanging with my teeth moving who knows which way. I had to call invisalign and they stepped in and helped me.he might have a lot of good recommendations but my personal experience was anything but in the end.Edit- I came to Dr. Red due to some shifting in my teeth and my bite was off. I was not happy with my midline. After 4-5 years of treatment, the midline is worse and I now have a gap between the top and bottom teeth on the left... he said that would go away... it never did. When I tried to get retainers from him, they were sent and he made me send a money order. The retainers didn't fit, they were not a little off, they were way off. He refused to see me unless i paid something like 1k to even get in to see the issue at hand. I ended up having to call Invisalign to step in and they paid for new retainers at a new orthodontist office and that office didn't even charge me. They were also appauled at how I was treated by REd and Ritchie.I would like to go back to the orthodontist but it's so expensive. I might owe this office a little bit of money but they still made out with over 4 k I think from me for a treatment that made my teeth worse. Invisalign said I should ask for my money back, and I have tried multiple times with no reply to that request. I think it's the least he could do so I can go to another orthodontist to help me. The treatment is expensive.

The office is absolutely fantastic about scheduling regular, emergency, and retainer appointments. They offered payment plans for each stage of treatment, which was stupendous. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Instead of regular braces the doctor had to use metal rings to ground the braces around my molars on the left upper & lower and lower right side. I kept breaking brackets and this was the solution. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because they left spacing on the left upper & lower side. Other than that I have nothing but praise for their practice.

This office is great! From the front office to the staff in back, always friendly and helpful! However, $75 to fix a snapped bracket seems about steep. Maybe I’ve been out of the ortho loop too long, but it was literally 10 minutes I was there. I would highly recommend R&R to anyone looking for an orthodontist. They were able to get me in same day to fix my bracket.

My daughter had a bracket come off and we contacted them to see about coming in to get it fixed. Dr. Red responded and said he was willing and able to see her the same day. The kindness the office showed myself and my daughter did not go unnoticed. He found a second bracket loose and fixed that one up too! Both him and his office staff were so friendly and welcoming. We truly cannot thank them enough for helping us out and being so kind. This has been a journey of learning with our daughters braces and we have confidence in our care team!

I am the 5th person in our family to go through R & R. We started with Dr. Ritchey years ago and my 2 sons and I are seeing Dr. Red now. We love the practice! The Orthodontists, office staff and techs are top notch! They really care about their patients and it shows when they greet you by name when you come in. The few times we've had a broken bracket or any issue they fit us in and took care of it. Would highly recommend them!!

No complaints. They have been observant of my teens teeth. They explain what is going on, and why particular things need to happen. Still halfway through but we're happy with them.Now, current state of affairs, a year and a half later I now have their braces and their services are still stellar.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this Orthodontist. From the day I got my braces on until my retainer checks the staff has always made sure I was doing well. Dr. Red is great at making people feel welcome and always has great conversations with everyone who comes in. The girl's are always in a great mood and are super friendly. They all have done a great job at making this place comfortable for all of their patients.

Dr red refuses to check aligners that I pad for and do not fit. They are made improperly by the company. The company, Invisalign, has called him but he refuses to help. He took payment by money order only so I have no way to dispute this. I should have realized that was a huge read flag. He did a mediocre job on my Invisalign and when I voiced my opinion I was dismissed as a client. He received thousands of dollars from me. I have a chronic illness and finances are challenged. He knows this and obviously doesn’t care.Avoid at all costs. Claims to be a kind hearted and ethical orthodontist but I don’t buy it now. He doesn’t have a very high certification through Invisalign either. I didn’t realize this until Invisalign explained this. He was actually moving my teeth the wrong way for months and my one goal with treatment was not corrected.Really disappointed in Dr Red.

I love Dr Red + Dr Ritchey! I saw Dr Ritchey when I was a teen (traditional braces) and like most teens, did not wear my retainers (long story) but now I’m adult and my teeth have shifted slightly but enough for me to want to fix them. Dr Red sees me now that I'm older (Invisalign) and he’s been great so far! I’m 8 weeks into my year treatment and I’m very happy with the results so far! Office staff at New Lenox and Joliet are wonderful!
