Extremely professional, skilled and kind dental work. They use the highest safety standards and take the time to provide beautiful work. I just had two teeth removed and the prep work for restoring my upper teeth. I was impressed with their patience and ability to explain everything that they were doing. The end results exceeded expectations.

Dr. Fotek is one of the kindest, gentlest, and most thorough periodontist I’ve ever met. It is quite obvious he speaks from his heart as being a periodontist is certainly his passion. He is very conservative and we discussed, in depth, my frenectomy treatment and we decided to go with the laser option. I was amazed on how easy it was with almost no discomfort. His ice cream recommendation did the trick to control the minor discomfort.

I traveled 6 hours round trip and it was worth it. Dr Fotek was not only a board certified periodontist but also offers holistic modalities I was seeking such as metal free implants, PRF and Ozone. He graduated from UM, the #1 dental school. In volusia county, I couldn’t find Zirconia,, ozone, PRF. It rare to find this blend of a periodontist and biological dentistry.

I am very happy to finally find the right people. They really do a professional work, they don't lie to you like others just to get your money and they explain every detail of what they are doing to your teeth. Been seeing Dr Fotek since July and very happy w his services! Many procedures I have had with other drs and I was in less pain with Dr Paul ! Many don’t see professionals due to PAIN!! I would recommend him to anyone and he’s also very nice! Everyone in the office is nice - it matters to me!! Doctor Paul was really nice and professional. I was really disappointed at the fact that i walked into the office with a simple question do you do fillings, the staff at front responded yes. After they took X-rays i was informed doctor was a specialist in dentures had i know this information before hand i would have gone to a doctor who could actually help my pain and not just referred me to someone else.Disappointing
