Wanuck, Hier & Associates

We have been visiting Dr. Wanuck for over 10 years. He has taken great care of my children’s teeth. His hygienists are good with the kids. As someone who hated the dentist as a kid, I am always surprised when my kids have no issues going to get their teeth cleaned. That speaks volumes. For the last year, we have seen Dr. Boucher. She is very nice, and explains everything so we understand.

I've always been very happy with my experiences here. The doctor and staff are patient, and always explain everything. This particular last visit. The front desk lady who rang me out. I don't know her name. She was so compassionate and helpful with me. I was unable to walk very well. She made both of my sons appointments and walked them over to me. I appreciate that so much. Thanks again

Great, caring team. They do very well keeping patient appointment times on track. Hygienists, dental assistants and orthodontic assistants are wonderful. Great with kids! Dr. Wanuck and Dr. Heir take the time to speak to the parents after each appointment to keep them informed as to how your child is doing/progressing. Would not even consider going to another pediatric dentist or pediatric orthodontist!

The staff and Dr Wanuck are all so sweet and made sure to make my son and daughter comfortable and have fun in the process while they get their cleaning and X-rays. They love the extra details like sunglasses while they get the cleaning and getting stickers and prizes after they are done. Thank you for making their dental health experience fun!

My son is very comfortable with Dr Wanuck. His patience and kindness are wonderful for both kids and adults. He also makes sure that as a parent I understand what he is seeing and why he is advising to perform procedures or not. On our most recent visit we saw Dr. Andrea and I was equally impressed. The whole team’s attention to the special needs of my son warmed my heart and made our experience less stressful.

A family friend referred me to Dr. Hier when I found out my daughter needed braces. That mom said she would travel from Boca to Jupiter if it was necessary, because she refused to take her kids anywhere else. How right she was. Dr Hier and his staff have treated my daughter and I like family. My daughter’s treatment was interrupted, because we moved out of town to Tallahassee. However, we traveled back to Palm Beach County regularly in order to finish her treatment with Dr. Hier. THAT is how phenomenal Dr. Hier and his staff are! They went out of their way to schedule her appointments to allow us time to travel. And they never complained when we had to reschedule if we were unable to make the trip. THEN our family had to move out of state due to an ill family member. Dr. Hier knew of our pending move and did what was needed to ensure my daughter’s treatment was completed before we left. Her teeth are beautiful! I highly recommend this office for their professionalism, their expertise, and their love for their patients. Special thanks to Jen for her care and attention. She makes every family feel like they are the most important patient! We can’t thank you enough for everything you did for our family. Go to Dr. Hier, you will never regret your decision.

We had yet another great experience at Dr. Hier’s office. After having to reschedule numerous times due to life with tiny humans, Jen always meets us with kindness and understanding. As the head of the office staff Jen sets the tone for the entire team. My daughter and family agree , it is a pleasure to visit them and it doesn’t hurt that the doctor is amazing too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

My son who is 6 years old - LOVES going to the dentist. They treat him like a king and he is so comfortable with the staff that he has been going to the back (leaving me in the waiting room) since he was 3 years old. When his appointment is finished, Dr. Wanuck sits down with me in the waiting room to discuss how my son’s visit went. My son has been attending Dr. Wanuck since just before he was 2 years old. On our very first visit, Dr. Wanuck invited my husband, myself and my son into his office for a sit down and “get to know you” conversation asking things like my son’s nicknames that the staff could use to make him feel more comfortable. I highly highly recommend you trust your babies to Dr. Wanuck and his staff!!

Took my daughter for her first dental visit and they were great with her! She knew something was going on and didn’t want to walk past checking in and they immediately got her involved and were able to check her teeth and get them brushed and polished. Very caring and friendly staff, was nice to have time to talk with the dr and not feel rushed!

Dr. Wanuck takes time to have me sit with him after every appointment as he explains what he saw in my children’s mouth and what he sees on the X-rays. I trust his treatment plans and his recommendations. The supporting staff have been patient and friendly, as well. My boys love going to the dentist and not just because of the prize machine at the end!
