My husband and I started coming here and the first few visits were great, routine cleanings. Staff is very nice. Neither of us have ever had any cavities before but on his next visit, my husband was told he had 7 cavities. He got them filled, and on my next visit, I was told the exact same thing. I also had to get my bottom retainer glued back in since it popped off after 20 years (I have already had to get it repaired now after 2 years).I found a second opinion before getting my cavities filled and was told I did not have any cavities to fill. At this point, my husband and I switched to a different dentist in the area and they have been amazing. Unfortunately, my husband has already had to repair 3 of the “cavity” fillings that this dentist did.

Dr. Ryan Menezes was great and explained everything clearly. As an adult who never needed braces before now I have struggled with them and the adjustment to my lifestyle. Menezes put me at ease and really took his time. I like that before I became his patient he explained all of my options and what would happen should I decide to become his patient. Also the follow up call to make sure I wasn’t in too much discomfort really is the little extra step. I can’t wait to see my new smile! He’s a fantastic orthodontist and has my full recommendation.

My daughter and husband are both patients of Dr. Menezes's and have always had a very good experience when taking our daughter in for a dental visit. I know my husband agrees as he has convinced me to change my former dentist of 10 years over to Dr. Menezes. The office is always very tidy and clean and I appreciate his scheduling to make sure there isn't too much overlap, specially during this time of a pandemic. He has a very patient and calm demeanor which helps with our toddler daughter who is often a bit fearful when seeing doctors. During his visit you can always expect him to share lots of information about your particular case and overall dental hygiene. I recommended him to a family member who had a dental emergency and he was able to schedule her in same day. After the visit, she called to tell me how pleased and thankful she was that he was able to help that day. I cannot recommend him enough for dental services to any family in the area.

I loved my experience here at Cinco Ranch Smiles and Braces! I’m a huge chicken when it comes to seeing the dentist and not only were they patient but very gentle. Answered all of my questions and did not rush through it. I definitely recommend this place 1000% and I am so grateful for them! My teeth not only look grate but feel grate as well!

The Difference Makers! I had an outstanding experience at Cinco Ranch Smiles and Braces. It has a clean and caring atmosphere, which was very "soothing ."Dr.Ryan Menezes and his exceptional assistant were very patient,respectful, prompt, and even humorous. Love this place!!!My husband’s tooth broke on a Wednesday evening. Frantically searched for dentists and found this place close to home. Called and left a message expecting not to get a call back. My husband later called reaching the doctor and got an appointment first thing the next morning.On our way to our appointment, Ashley the dental assistant called us BEFORE business hours returning our call and I told her we were already on our way.They were very friendly from the minute we walked through the door. We were prepared to lose the tooth but Dr. Menezes told us a root canal can save the tooth!Ashley went over our insurance coverage and broke down the payment options. They work with you.This doctor is very thorough and does his job right. He listened to my husband, made sure he was comfortable, explained in detail what the expectations were during/after procedure, called us the day after to check in and see how he was doing, and has made every effort to make us feel confident.Ashley is great! She made sure we got our appointments in a time convenient for us. Very friendly and has a great attitude!!!We’ve had terrible experiences with other dentist but he will definitely be our family dentist from now on. Can’t believe we look forward to going to the dentist!!!

I went as a new patient and had a great experience. I felt like they really took the time to talk to me about my teeth and go over different areas I could improve on in the care of my teeth. I also ordered a night guard and was impressed with the way that was handled. Once it arrived, they had me come back in to make sure it fit properly and answered any additional questions that I had. I will definitely go back!

Amazing experience!!! My teeth are back to normal!! Close to home if u are in the Fulshear area.. Very nice and helpful staff with reasonable pricing.. My teeth had serious tabaco stain and they were able to remove it to the point were it looks like I had an actual teeth whitening!! Im back smiling as big as I want with confidence!!!! I suffered from a horrible toothache. This is the best dentist I've ever been to. The dentist and the assistant were so friendly and they were on top of making you feel important. The dentist walked you through all the steps thoroughly. Not to mention, Sheri, whose in the front office is amazing with such a beautiful spirit. Thanks for making this a pleasant and affordable experience. You guys were so good.

My son was suffering from a major toothache on a Friday of a holiday weekend. After calling around to many dentists, I finally found Smile Unique. They were willing to work on him after hours. Here it is 10pm and the staff is still smiling and concerned about my son's well-being after putting in a full day and OT before I called. More dentists and doctors need to be as accommodating as the staff at Smile Unique. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
