Our family loves this office! The entire staff is amazing. The front office team helped us understand our benefits and went out of their way to make things affordable. The assistants were so nice and efficient and the Doctors truly show they care. Oh, and we loved our Hygienist Lindsey!! She was so sweet, gentle and made us feel at home:) Definitely recommend! 👍

I went to Mint for a consultation. I have great ppl insurance. After my consultation was done they came back and told me that I would have pay over $2k in copayments fees which the young lady had wrong insurance information redone it and it over $800( had to make correction). I went for a second opinion and contacted my insurance. What was quoted to me turns out was severally inaccurate and over charged. I contacted mint after I got my second opinion(keep in my I took the treatment plan that Mint gave me) I also sent it to my insurance. Mint was actually trying to overcharge me. When I called Mint back the young lady had to admit that there were several charges that was NOT CORRECT. I should feel comfortable know that I would’ve been reimbursed. Ridiculous. Just double and Triple check when going to Mint.

If I could give zero stars I would. During the pandemic, I had gotten new insurance due to losing my old one from my employer. I go there they tell me I need a cavity filling and a root canal. And they put a bigger filling that wasn’t necessary for my cavity. My TOOTH GOT FRACTURED!!!!!!!!!!!! It was confirmed by my old dentist that I had. Don’t ever come here. Waste of money!! If I had realized earlier what they’d done I would’ve sued.

I called because I needed to do a walk in they told me they do accept walk ins came to the Katy location and the lady told me they don’t do them at all. So I asked if I could sign up to be a new patient I was told I could not sign up or book a appointment here.. Office refused my service I was VERY DISAPPOINTED I HEAR THEM ALL THE TIME ON THE RADIO AND THAT’S WHY I CAME TO THEM BUT ITS A LET DOWN FOR SURE

Let's start with the Team first... from the reception to interns to X-ray techs to hygienist to seasoned vets to doc-- fan-friggin-tastic. My colleague and friend recommended this location specifically as the "place" to go and be for a great dental experience. Bears saying out loud--YOU DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Your professionalism and equally important your empathy/transparency, and generosity of spirit has indeed netted a patient for life! Two GIANT THUMBS waaaay up to Ms. Sylvia, Ms Dee, Mr. Dinh, Mr. Bill, Professor Angela and Dr. Shawi(sp) and slap my hand If anyone remains unnamed.Respectfully submitted...--M

Ding is my Dental hygienist, He is Awesome very nice , friendly , easygoing, very gentle, caring , it’s not as painful when he do it compared to other hygienist, that’s why I always go back to him coz he always do a great job. Even though I have to travel from Pearland to Katy , it’s worth the trip , knowing that you will get a great service and you will be contented. I’m so happy and glad that we met him , so grateful. He will be my forever Dental Hygienist.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth.! The team was very professional examining and providing me with solutions by priority. I had to do my Periodical cleaning and Mr.Ding did an OUTSTANDING job he gave me alot of pointers to keep my teeth healthy and I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time I knew that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to The best Dentist i’ve ever gone to in my 20 Years of life ! They explained very well what was going on & how to prevent oral difficulties If you decide to go ask for Mr.Ding !!! I will be coming back soon thank you all !!

I Loved my experience at mint dentistry. This was my first visit to the dentist in 7 years and also my first visit to the dentist as an Adult and I have to say this experience was a 10/10! Every one from the front desk staff to the Dentists made me feel so comfortable the entire time I was there. Special shout out to Dr.Ding who took amazing care of me, made me laugh and made everything feel so easy and calm. He was absolutely incredible!

Most unprofessional experience. My appointment was canceled without any notification. There was no communication from there end. I got to know when I was already on my way to the appointment. I already hired a sitter.I had made an appointment more than month ago and did all arrangements at work (backup) to be available for it only to find that it was canceled .Corporate told the local office canceled it and just hung up on me.Update: I called the office but I was not helped. She did not even offer me to reschedule and just saying we texted you and called you while I never received text or call from Mint Dentistry.

Im not one to do reviews really but i am extremely happy with my visit today. I just switched over to MINT and i have finally found a dentist i am comfortable with. From the receptionist to the Dr. everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly making sure i was content and cozy! I was wrapped up in a blanket watching Netflix while they worked on my smile. Everyone makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world while you are there. 🏼 Recommend 100% you wont be disappointed.
