Olim and Associates

Highly recommend this place.First time visiting the Olim and Associates office and have to say one receives a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end one's appointment. I appreciate the great professionalism of the doctor and her team. I'd like to give my great appreciation to Sheri (hygienist), for working hard on the on the cleaning today and as well as her attentiveness throughout my appointment.

I always recommend Dr. Olim and Associates when I’m asked if I know a good dentist. The whole staff is very nice, professional, and polite. On my visit I saw Sheri, the new dental hygienist, and she is amazing. I normally get a bit nervous hearing all the sounds the tools make but Sherri kept asking if I was okay and made me feel comfortable.

Dr.Olim and all of his associates are very professional, up to date, patient, and reassuring.My family began visiting Dr. Olim regularly many years ago. We have a long history which gives me the ability to report that every aspect of this office and the people who work there are deserving of this rating.

Racist, rude and dishonest, WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF ever!! I don't even want to give them any stars but Google doesn’t allow that. They took me in for deep cleaning for 2 sessions late last year but only did 1 session for one side and then never scheduled me for the second session even after asking so many times. Every time I called in they told me they did have any appointments. They should have known that before they signed me up, now going to another dentist for the 2nd session is a pain. I finally went into office since they didn’t entertain me well over the phone. The lady at the front office was so rude and when I asked her name so that I can make a complain against her she even refused to give me her name, so unprofessional.I hate writing reviews, but I feel like I have to share my terrible experiences to help other avoid this place.warn others about this terrible experience.

Olim and Associates is a wonderful practice.The office staff is always friendly and helpful.Sheri is an amazing hygienist and did an wonderful job. She made me feel comfortable, was attentive and had a gentle touch. Dr. Sarah is kind, professional and always has time to answer any questions or concerns. She really cares about your dental health and makes everything as quick and painless as possible.Highly recommended this practice!

I always have a good experience when I come here. Today was no exception! I had Sheri clean my teeth and when I tell you how fabulous she is, you gotta believe me! I have had some very aggressive hygienists before (at other offices) and Sheri had such a gentle yet effective touch I was pleasantly surprised when she said “all done!” It went by so quickly with zero pain!! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful practice! I was greeted warmly and welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. (Even before that, Nicole was helpful in scheduling my appointment over the phone and managing all of my intake paperwork from the referring doctor.) Dr. Sarah is kind, and she really listened to all of my concerns. Her approach is thorough, and I loved the way she explained everything with my treatment plan in an easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah and her practice!

My husband and I switched to this dental office a while back, having had it recommended to us by a work colleague. And now our two daughters (5 & 3yrs) have started going. Initially I was a little hesitant to move them from their kid-focused dentist, but we had had a couple of issues there taking X-rays with my eldest (who has a teeny mouth and would gag instantly).It’s been the BEST move! They absolutely love Dr Sarah, hygienist Cherie and the rest of the team! Dr Sarah listened to the issues we had had at the prior clinic and with a slightly different approach, we’ve had no issues taking X-rays here! They have explained every step of my daughter’s roof-expander process and this has gone so smoothly 🤞 so far.Very professional but extremely caring staff from the moment you step in the door, make this place so good! Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Marvin Olim has been my dentist since 1995. He has done extensive work for me over the years, including upper implants.He is an excellent, caring dentist and a wonderful person. None better in my opinion.His office staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are excellent also. They are aware of my gum problems/sensitivity and are willing to deaden them when doing my cleanings.I have not met his daughter, who is now in the practice, but I'm sure sheis as good as her Father.If you start with Olim and Associates, you'll never go anywhere else!

JANE is the worst hygienists, she hate her job when she clean my family teeth. First time I came to her because Lisa was retired. She trying to ripped off my mouth and didn't even clean my whole teeth. I felt dirty still after I left there. I never hate any one like that.Just quit your job JANE. Don't abusive clients there. Dr Olim will lost clients because of you!
