This dental office is great! It usually is packed so to me that’s a good sign that the people love this office.Dr. Jordan is very attentive and knowledgeable and open to any and all questions (I always have a question LOL). The office staff are very friendly and even when I don’t see Dr. Jordan, the orthodontist assistants (Leo) have the same level of care as he does so I don’t feel like I miss a thing! I recommend anyone that is need of an orthodontist to come join the Esteem family.

Very disappointed in this place. Your appt. Will not be met, they took us in (for a consult) one hour past our appt time. The inside is very out dated/poorly kept. No new equipment, poor lighting. The way they had to take pictures of my child’s mouth was very disturbing. And the icing on the cake they’re the most expensive out of the five places I went to for quotes.

Are we talking about the same place here? I began treatment with another group prior and apparently they are under new ownership since October. Since then, the communication has been complete trash. I used to receive confirmations for appointments a couple of days before. Now I get absolutely none. There have been multiple instances where I called to change appointment dates and no one would answer my calls. I would have to call the North Miami office to do that because at least they work. I do not recall the last time someone from the Kendall/Coral Way office ever called me for anything. They have used the excuse of phone outages for over a month now which I find absolutely ridiculous. Then you have random office closures during office hours with no update to the voicemail recording or courtesy calls. If you value consistent communication, avoid this place like the plague.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jordan Jones for the first time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. Since he took over, everything has changed for the better. My appointment was scheduled for 8:20am, and to my surprise, I was seen promptly at 8:22am. The assistant with the blonde short hair whose name I unfortunately forgot, made me feel welcome and answered all my questions with a smile like always.Dr. Jones himself was outstanding. He attended to me promptly, and within 20 minutes, my appointment was completed, just as the estimated time stated. This was a stark contrast to my previous experiences with the previous owner, who would often arrive late, leaving me waiting. Dr. Jones's professionalism and punctuality are truly commendable.I am grateful to have found such a dedicated and efficient dentist. Dr. Jordan Jones has my highest recommendation. His work and work ethic are exceptional. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and delivers outstanding service, look no further. Dr. Jones is the one you can trust.

My experience was horrible I was in the waiting room for over 4 hours I'm not even trying exaggerate, The employees are rude and are always doing everything but working.This place never answers their phone calls.Once I got to my appointment and they where closed even tho they told me to come in on that day and sent me a confirmation email to verify and it said my appointment was that day.The wait is so bad last time I was there a girl was there for over 3 hours her appointment was at 12 and they took her in at like 4, its not like they are full and have a million patients because there where like 4 people there.They don't even do a good job they have messed up my Braces so many times.The only good thing about this place is the doctor she is so nice.But overall this place sucks I would not recommend going here

Good afternoon,This afternoon I went to an appointment at the location at 13716 Sw 88 st in Kendall, I had an appointment at 4:00 pm, due to the rain I was delayed 10 minutes, when I arrived at the front desk a very friendly girl helped me , I check and confirm my name, there at the front desk there were 3 people including the one who helped me, she addressed one of them in English, I speak English and I understood that she was asking for authorization to serve me, the appointment was for me son for an evaluation, the person the girl addressed was the manager who, with a very bad attitude and making bad gestures with her face, after she felt like it, gave the authorization to serve us, immediately afterwards the girl She asked if I had medical insurance, I answered yes but that it probably didn't cover the braces, she gave me a form that I had to fill out, which I grabbed but when I was going to fill it out the supposed manager made another bad gesture with her face, I didn't even get to sit down. , I returned to the front desk and gave them the sheet, I said thank you and turned around, immediately one of them said bye in a mocking tone and I went back and told the supposed manager about the bad service and the bad attitude they had, that She left a lot to say as a manager and that I was there to be given a service and it was not free and that a client or patient was not treated like that.If she thought I was already late for my appointment, they could have told me and I would understand and not treat me that way.I don't know who can read this message but unfortunately it is because of people like that that places lose.There were two people waiting and they agreed with me saying that they had a bad attitude and it was good that I complained to them.

I love coming to this place the Dr. and staff are absolutely the best!!! The staff is outstanding, professional, warm and very friendly. His office is equipped with the latest orthodontic equipment to handle any issue with your teeth or anything else you my need during your treatments, hands down the best Experience!!! Highly recommend this office and their team .

Such an amazing place, as soon as you walk in you get greeted with such a great smile. Everything is so clean and organized. The staff are always trying their best to meet your needs and help you with what you need. My little sister also got her braces here and 3 years later her teeth are wonderful. I would recommend this place 100%. :)

Definitely recommend this place to everyone staff is super helpful. I really enjoyed Yilena helping me make my next appointment and explained everything to me. Joselyn was super helpful. I asked her all the questions I was concerned about and gotMy answers very detailed. Super great environment and very clean and organized. All the staffs are helpful and nice.

I highly recommend this place, the girls are all spectacular without exception, they help you with everything you need, they treat you super well, they are very friendly and very professional, the truth is that the orthodontic specialist office located in Kendall is the one for me.
