All 4 of our kids have had braces/Invisalign thru Dr. Kozak. They all love how friendly the staff is and I appreciate the ease of scheduling given their various locations. There’s always a friendly voice on the other end. Just today our one daughter was seen for an issue that apparently Dr. Kozak could relate to when he was younger with his own braces and she told me when she got in the car how awesome it was that he knew exactly what she was talking about and how she felt, and that she really liked that he could relate directly to her!

I chose Kozak orthodontics to do my Invisalign after lots of research. The staff was very kind, patient and sweet throughout my treatment. They addressed any concerns I had and made the process go so smoothly. I loved how I was able to easily scan my teeth at home every week to make sure I was on the right track. There was a text messaging system through the app that I was able to communicate with the staff with any questions. As a busy mom of two, it was was all so convenient. I just finished Invisalign and I’m very happy with my smile. Teeth are the first thing people notice about you and I love that I can confidently smile now! Dr. Kozak will make sure you are fully happy with your teeth at the end of treatment. The entire process was perfect. Also shoutout to Deanna. She is so dedicated to her job and really puts her heart into her work.

I chose this place because they do zero percent interest on the payments if you don't have the money up front which is very convenient. The people who work there are awesome too. They take time to talk and get to know you a little bit every appointment. All of them do, the ladies up front and every different person that works on your braces every appointment. They have been nothing but kind. I highly recommend.

I recently visited the office for an Invisalign consultation. Overall, they were extremely helpful since I needed to cancel my appointment last minute due to being sick. When I came in, I believe her name was Brenda; she was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The doctor was also very helpful, and it was evident that everyone loves what they do. The most helpful part was them assisting me with financing options that were a good fit for me as a college student. I'm looking forward to starting my Invisalign process soon and am thankful to have found such a good office with amazing people, especially Brenda. 😄

I love Dr Kozak and his friendly staff! I am so happy I decided to do Invisalign through Kozak Orthodontics to perfect my smile! I was hesitant in the beginning, thinking my teeth weren’t that bad, and at 33 years old I’ve always had the same smile. My results are better than I could have ever imagined my teeth after using Invisalign! They were able to widen my bite and uncrowd my teeth, straighten the teeth out that were tilting inwards, and help fix my overbite. It’s never too late, and if you’re thinking about it DO IT! You won’t regret it working with Kozak Orthodontics!

We moved from the south to an hour away from this location. They were able to send and receive records upon request. They did so very quickly. Came here to finish my daughter's orthodontist care as we already paid for her care in full with Kozaks partner orthodontist. They cared for us so well we did not mind the drive. The front desk office staff treated us very kind, very respectful and informative at every appointment over the year. The establishment is always clean. Including the bathroom and in front of the building. Kozak services are kwick but they don't make you feel rushed. The price for retainers are very affordable. Everyone who worked with my daughter in the back made her feel like a superstar. The orthodontist was great as well. Not too busy to give a touch of joy.Thank you all for taking care of our Lisa! She looks great! Braces are off. We will definitely start care for our son here.

The staff is always so friendly and attentive and Dr.Kozak is so much fun! They are very knowledgeable and professional and go the extra mile to answer our questions and make sure my son is comfortable. My son absolutely loves going to his appointments and my daughter is very much looking forward to when she gets braces so she can go too!

By the time our 3rd child was set up to receive braces from Dr Kozak, and yet another “specialist” that cost thousands of dollars… He sent us to a surgeon, saying “she HAD to have this surgery”, and the surgeon saying “she NEEDS this surgery. It’s a MUST!” We wanted a second opinion, after already countless thousands spent on “necessary” recommended specialists, we were told on the second opinion that it was totally optional, not necessary. And when we asked about some of the other necessary specialist procedures that we had taken care of, per recommendations, and some were legit, others were not. Do your due diligence, as this is common underhanded practice among the more popular businesses like this.

Dr. Kozak and his staff are amazing. They always take their time with us and make sure that we understand everything. I bring all three of my children to see Dr. Kozak. I would highly recommend Dr. Kozak to anyone that needs to see an orthodontist. Also, they are very accommodating, they work around my very crazy schedule. They go above and beyond to make the experience a pleasurable one. Everyone compliments my children on their smiles, I give all the credit to Dr. Kozak. As a dental hygienist, I refer my patients to Kozak Orthodontics because I am very confident that they will be in the best hands for orthodontic care!
