Overall, I did not have a good experience with my tooth extraction in March.On the first day of the extraction, I called with a question. And did not hear back from the office. Then a few weeks later, when I was having a lot of pain in the area and needed direction, I called again but there was no reponse. I called again and an appointment was made. The area was checked. And I am grateful everything looked good. I was asked if I was gargling with a salt water solution. Well, I was never told to do this! So hadn't been doing it. Remembered after the extraction I was given no direction or instructions. They gave me a script for pain & I left the office. And no follow up appointment was made!When I was in the office, the Dentist did take the time to explain where the pain may be coming from. And I was able to understand better what was going on in the area where a bone implant had been put in.But overall, this office has terrible followup service.

Staff was friendly, the dentist, however, was a nightmare. She was rough, acted like my pain wasn't real, and she would get defensive if I told her something she did hurt and she would blame it on me. I had to get a crown and was in so much pain after the temporary had been placed I went back to get it adjusted. I was made to feel like my pain wasn't as bad as I said, that I just needed to get used to the pain-I wasn't sleeping due to the pain. I ended up going to another dentist due to the pain and was diagnosed with TMD and they had to file the temporary down to correct my bite and the pain finally subsided. Went in to get the permanent crown put on, I complained that my bite was off. Dentist told me I wasn't biting down correctly and that I'll get used to it. Well, another dentist had to file it down and correct it. Don't go here, and definitely do not subject your kids to this place. Need to make payments due to no insurance like I had to? Just save up your money and pay cash somewhere else.

I rate a 1Kerrville LocationMy mouth is very sore!!My bottom denture doesn't even fit.Its like the bottom denture is someone's else.I have a grap now when I close my teeth,They don't even match up.Theres a gap between my front and bottom teeth.I waited 11 months to get my teeth and they never fit right.Dont go to this dentist office if you want dentures that fit.My mouth is killing me.Im not Happy at all.This dentist office sucks!!!! I can't believe they sent me a review how my dentist appointment went.I have to find another dentist to fix this problem.Stephanie Blackburn3-16-24

I was having all my teeth crowned to make them bigger. Started the process 2 years ago. Here we are over a year I’ve been wearing 2 temporary teeth and I can’t even get in to have it glued back on! It’s ridiculous because it should have taken a week to finish. It’s paid in full and I’d have to repay to go to another dentist to get these new crowns set then pay all over again! This is not ok.

Dr. Buler is wonderful. I had two crowns done and my teeth are extremely sensitive. She had to do extra novicane but it totally helped me get through it. The temp crowns fit perfectly and she took extra time to fit the permanent crowns so that they were perfect as well. I also appreciate that she took the time to tell me what to expect and to come back in if my bite didn’t feel perfect in a couple of days. I usually dread going to the dentist but I’m a big fan of Dr Buler.

I got partials done here a year ago. Had them repaired at my own cost 1 month ago and they split in the exact same spot. Didn't last a month. I take them out to eat cause they don't even fit well enough for practical purposes, strictly aesthetic. After spending a week trying to call everyday and never reaching anyone, I finally got through to address this with the manager. Despite me not getting angry with her after what I've been through as the labs that make the partials are the issue, she interrupted me and demanded I stop getting angry and yelling (never raised my voice) and she refused to do anything with them till she had them in her hand. I live an hour away, it's not down the street. She continued to condescend and belittle me for thier shoddy craftsmanship. I will have them repaired and refit at a place that does quality service and has actual customer care instead. Save your money, save your time, go ANYWHERE else.

I was able to make a last minute appointment online for an emergency visit. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the dentist, the.visit was pleasant, the procedure was done in a timely manner and the bill was affordable. I am not home resting comfortable and happy that my problem was resolved in less than an hour and it did not put a strain on my pocketbook. Thank you 😊

Kristen and Gloria are very professional in there respective duties. The staff were always very pleasant to all there clients. Real customer service.Real nice people.kristin and Gloria are special.

The women who checked me in are very nice, as soon as I walked into the door! They were also very efficient! My apt. Was at 10am and there was a little issue about how they didn't have my right number so they didn't think I was coming for the apt. But I showed up about 30 min. Early and they got everything worked out so I didn't have to come back another day!I was seen on time at 10am!And the woman who did my x-rays was really nice and efficient as well! The Dentist was very calm and explained everything in a way I could understand! I was out the door in about 30 min.I have my next apt to get the work done. And I'm looking forward to a healthy smile. My visit today was the WORST I have ever experienced at a dentist office. When taking off my temporary crowns, they found that they used the permanent cement on them. The dentist had to drill away the cement and while doing that, the dentist dropped the drill on my lip and made it bleed big time. Had to have 3 shots for the pain. She drilled so much tooth that she needed to put in a post and build it up but they didn’t have one!! What a mess. Once this is completed, I won’t be using them again🤬🤬🤬
