Solomon Orthodontics - Killeen

I scheduled a consultation for my daughter to get braces and got an appointment really fast. We came to her consult and she’s getting braces today! Dr. Solomon was super thorough and even explained some things that weren’t explained during my own ortho treatment from another orthodontist. A payment plan was offered that is affordable and customizable (we also have dental insurance). So far, I am very satisfied with how this whole process is going and I look forward to seeing my daughters progress.

In the military; had to move out of Texas and dr Solomon decided to speed up my Invisalign tray process ahead of the normal every 2 weeks, my teeth definitely made progress however my one front tooth is slightly farther than the other front tooth and also gap in between which is clearly visible…flew back to Texas which dr Solomon agreed to do another refinement, however still not satisfied as teeth still had above noted issues. He would not do anything else for me and said my smile was great…wasted over 6k. Stay away from this place unless you want your money taken!!!

Great first visit for my sons brace’s consultation. The office is welcoming, clean and comfortable. All of the staff were professional and friendly, any questions I had were answered promptly. Dr. Solomon was polite and very knowledgeable, he explained the treatment plan and left no gray areas of confusion. My son felt very happy here and was even able to get his braces journey started right after the consult. I would definitely recommend Solomon Orthodontics!

I'm so glad we found Solomen Orthodontics! From the minute we walked in they were pleasant and welcoming. Andrea, our treatment coordinator was awesome!. She explained everything well, and since my girls were already in braces I was nervous about transferring care but she and the doctor made this transition seamless!! Dr. Solomon was the most recommended Orthodontist in Killeen a couple years ago and we came in and everyone here made the experience seamless. The front desk staff are always so smiley, positive, and helpful! The staff in the back are quick, informative, and always make us feel welcome! The treatment plan was clearly explained and defined, if we ever have any issues/questions/concerns, this office is quick to help without hesitation. My child is about half way done with treatment and it’ll be hard to leave this office when the time comes. Everyone here has been a blessing from the start. My son (13) was extremely scared to get braces. I guess some kids told him it would hurt really badly. He believed them so going to get braces, you can imagine, was already daunting. We walked into the office and they had such a welcoming atmosphere. My sons nerves were absolutely relaxed even when they were looking in his mouth for the consultation. They didn’t pressure us to start or use them, they laid out the price and told me to let them know when or if we are ready. My sons teeth needed to start right away so I said asap. They were able to fit him in that day due to a cancellation and the entire thing was just as easy and peaceful as the welcome and consultation. When he was finished, my son was excited about earning the prizes they offer to help motivate. Now we are back for our follow up and they were just as amazing. He got to switch the colors, earned some more dollars and got out the door before we knew it. Thanks Solomon orthodontics for setting up such a welcoming practice that puts the moms at ease just as much as kids.

I can not say enough good and wonderful things about the staff and orthodontic dentist. They are kind and informative and helpful in all aspects of the appointment and procedure . Went through the whole process and what is expected. I am highly recommending Solomon to anyone who is in search of getting braces. My daughter was made to feel important and cared for and I am confident in the care she is getting from the staff and Dentist. It’s a safe and inviting atmosphere. When we moved to the area I needed an orthodontist who could continue treatment for my two boys without having to remove their braces, and charging us as if they were getting new braces. At Solomon Orthodontics we were able to transfer care as well as adjust our cost so it wasn’t as if we are starting from scratch. The staff are super nice and accommodating and always explain things in a way that we understand. I fully trust them to continue treating my boys and recommend anyone who needs treatment or transfer of services.
